I had tried 3 nail places since moving to town, each one worse than the last. They were so bad in fact that last month I drove 4 hours one way to my old nail place to get my nails done. Before making that drive again this month, I wanted to try one more time to find a decent nail salon in the area. I needed a self-care day and came here. I waited 40 minutes to get in a chair. I was shocked for a Friday morning to have to wait that long, but I hadn't had my nails done in months so I figured waiting wouldn't be so bad. The guy I had was amazing and took his time. have been coming here for years and always get nails done with mae and every time my cost has always been around 55-60 dollars no matter how much i get done. however today i came in got almost a full set with french tips and chrome which i have gotten plenty of times before and they charged me over 70 dollars and when i nicely asked for a price breakdown and showed her the previous prices i paid she got defensive and denied that i have gotten that before, after i showed her the bank statements she insisted it was because i got french tips and chrome . after this interaction i will never be coming back here and no longer recommending this place to anyone. read more

I have been going here for about a year just for the convenience. But since a group of the nail techs left for a VERY long vacation to go back home (5 months) the nail service I have received for my French Manicure has been horrific. I have had to go back multiple times to have them fix problems. But this most recent has me now looking to go elsewhere. The white tips of the gel polish actually came OFF my acrylic nails MULTIPLE times and it never has before. When I came back in there was no more chitchatting with me the way they use to. And over the course of the regular staff being gone there are new people there that I am not even sure they have license to paint a dogs toenails. So I would NOT recommend going here. And they do feet even worse. I will NEVER come back to this salon. read more

I would be willing to pay because I like your service. I'm a repeat customer. But, these last few visits have been all the same with that extra dollar or two added. My daughter and I enjoy getting pedicures together. We visited Comfort Nail and Spa about 4 weeks ago. We had an appointment and had to wait just a few minutes before being seated. Both nail techs were excellent and gave both my daughter and I beautiful, relaxing pedicures. The prices are good and the salon itself is relaxing. Employees are friendly and listen to you as far as how you would like your nails to look. We have been to many other nail salons in the area over the past few years. Never will I ever come back here again. First time coming here for a manicure and pedicure, but nope because this will be my last. Never again. I explained what I wanted in the beginning with the designs and colors. And the person who recommended the colors did not match up the colors. The manicure and pedicure and the color/style I showed were all totally different colors. The pedicure was decent, but the manicure was such a horrible experience. After the pedicure, I was told to sit up front to be taken care of. I told them I had dip powder and wanted it again with designs so I showed the lady the style I wanted. She started cleaning my finger nails off. Then she attended to another costumer so I was just sitting there for a good while wondering why she just left me unattended. Then the same person who did my pedicure called me over to another chair and I was assuming he was going to do my manicure and take over, but no he just started removing the foils off. Then this other lady took over to complete the manicure. She ended up cutting a small part of my nail off accidentally which made it uneven from the rest of my finger nails. After she was done she placed the top coat and I was so confused because I wanted designs. I guess no one told her I wanted designs even though I explained that the very beginning I walked in the door. And after being passed down by 3 different people, it would have made sense for the staff to communicate that the costumer wanted a design. She then tried doing the design which seem like forever, but couldn't get it corrected. After being at the place for 4 hours, I just said forget it because I had to leave already. The edges and cuticle part of the finger nails were not clean. All of that was $86 down the drain plus tip. And then just a few days later, all of the finger nails started cracking. So I called them and told them what happened. They said to just come back to have it corrected. I come back and the lady acted like they didn't know what I was talking about or that I called about the nails cracking. Finally, when I was called to get it corrected I felt so rushed. The lady just removed the top coat portion that was cracked and topped it off with just another top coat again. I thought she was going to redo the whole nails again, but I guess not. And now just a couple more days has passed, the top coat is deteriorating. For the money spent and the horrible service and my time and gas just for the manicure to be messed up again. Not worth coming back to even get it corrected for the 3rd time. Just such a horrible experience over all! read more

So..my thumb nail was throbbing ,looked under the nailn.it was green and risen, so I soaked it and removed the nail to find a bubble with fluid in it, now this was the nail she cut back and put filler in it saying it would grow out ok.i remember asking her if the natural name would grow out with product on it, she said ,yes.NOT !! ...NOW I HAVE AN INFECTED NAIL AND FUNGUS...My doctor gave me an antibiotic cream and Amoxicillin to take.told me if it doesn't clear up in a week, I will have to have the whole nail bed removed.ouch .I am not going back there read more

Went in to get a pedicure. She was really rough and i told her she was hurting me she continues being rough. she Proceed for the pedicure. she Ended up cutting me on the toe nail. The polish was too thick and it wasn't even It started to lift after I paid the service. went back to get it fixed I told her she had an attitude they kept hurting me and cut me again on the same side put some alcohol and said I need to clean it. I told her it burns she didn't seem to care. go somewhere else and don't waist your money in coming here definitely a waist of time and they refused to give me the money back. Came in for a manicure (got acrylics) and pedicure... let's start with the manicure. I need my nails short for work purposes and this lady told me to tell he later after she put the tips on. So when she put the tip on she put it on the edge of my nail. Then when she was done and ready to cut, she refused to cut them as short as I needed them to be bc she had put the tip on the edge. I gave up the fight and decided to fix it at home. Other than that, the manicure was ok. Not the best I've had, but it works. Switch to a different lady for my pedicure. She put extremely hot water in and added more hot water when I said the water was way too hot. Then she left and started getting ready before I even had the chance to tell her which one I wanted (the "best" one they offered is what I chose) and she got an attitude and tossed the stuff she had already gotten in the little closet thing. I loved the fact they used real fresh cut oranges! It smelled great and felt great. The lady that did my feet, after the initial attitude was great. If I come back here, it'll be to only get pedicures. read more

This place is AMAZING!! I always go to Anne and she is a true artist! She does such a great job and she is so gentle! She is the only person that has not cut me doing my nails. Every other place I've been to I've been cut my a file, a buffer or even a clipper. All the other customers are always so happy with their reults as well. I went there today and I was truely in aw... The men that work here were helping all the ladies to their car in the rain with an umbrella. And literally pushing an elderly woman around in the chair to the sink and back to the desk so she didn't have to get up and walk, and even helped her get her shoes back on and walked her out. The customer service is always the extra mile here! They actually talk to you, instead of to just their co-workers. They are always packed so make an appointment or call to ask their slower times.
