My late Freddy was a fun loving wild man, at 82 lbs he was not the easiest to groom. Daniel was the only groomer that gave Freddy a sense of calm, thank goodness as he was a standard poodle that required grooming every 4-6 weeks. Daniel is one with the dogs and would NEVER be forceful with any dog, even my giant Freddy. I literally cannot say enough about Daniel and the entire staff at Four Paws. Here is my feeling about Four Paws! Little did I know that when I met Denise and her team back in 2005 that she would become part of our family. She has helped me raise, yes, I said raise 3 of my dogs so far. The best part about Denise from Four Paws, is that she honestly loves every single animal that she encounters. I used to feel so bad when we had to board my dog, but then I realized my dogs were living their best life and getting lots of love and attention when they stayed with Denise while we were gone. The other amazing perk is that Denise used to be a vet tech, I have always felt comfort knowing she had the skills to additionally take care of my pets if ever needed. I want to leave you with one last story to paint a picture of just how compassionate Denise and Four Paws Pet Sitting is, when it was time for my late dog Vegas to cross of the Rainbow bridge, all of the team members that walked Vegas either came over to say one last goodbye or send a beautiful message to let me know how special of a dog he was. Denise was there for me when I had to make the decision, and even came a month later when we had a little ceremony to properly bless my sweet boy. There is really nothing she wouldn't do for the pets or the pets' owners. I highly recommend Four Paws Pet Sitting for all services they provide, they are amazing people, and will treat your pets, better than most humans.

O feel there's an extra level of service and care with this model as opposed to having contractors who, at least I'm my experience, seem to be more unreliable.

I had her services for 1 month and 2 weeks and was the worst times. 1st She wanted to do a one week and one month evaluation on not just our dogs, but us as well. She would walk them for 15 min and immediately state the problem with the dogs and us. Within one month, if no improvement were made, she would automatically charge us for each dog behavior's training and give us proper etiquette on how to care for our dogs. Both of our dogs are 6 and 1 year old. What came next was awful. I came home early from work and saw that her employee came and she just picked up my dogs. I saw from my window what would have made even a tough man tear up. Her employee would drag my oldest across the yard even in mud and would not let her stop to urinate and/or defecate. She would come in the home filthy and her excuse was that she was unable to control her actions. My little pup was always afraid of her and I knew why. Her employee was hitting my dog in the behind with what looked like a shovel to pick up the poop. And she would pull on the leashed and see that she was dangling her from it. I was so angry. I called her and confronted her demanding that her services were no longer needed. She gave me a smirk and said "I will see to it that my lawyer sues you since we never agreed to end this contract." I never signed a contract or have copy of it. "A verbal contract is binding and since it's my word against yours, I would win." Ok I played her bluff; I called my attorney and asked about this "contract". She became nervous and scared. In the middle of our conversation, she interrupted me and said "I will cancel the contract and no longer work for you." And she stormed off. A few weeks later she left several emails and voicemails about how terrible I was and that she would call the police on how I was treating my dogs and abusing them. Nothing came from it since they were scare tactics. Please I beg you, do not use her services.
