She referred us to Jan's, and we've never looked back. For our first "get acquainted" visit, she arrived with a clipboard and professional form to get info on our cats, likes/dislikes, where their food, water bowls and litter pans are located, name of vet(s), health/medical questions, what to do in case of a pet emergency. And then info about us and our house--alarm system info, newspapers/mail brought in, etc. We were bowled over with her professionalism. And they're bonded and insured. For about 12 years now Jan has watched our pets, and is always available--even on the rare but unavoidable short-notice need. She lets us know of her vacations well in advance so we can plan accordingly. Jan's business is as good as it gets, and reasonably-priced as well. She's a treat, and we're glad to know her!

Good first impression in the office, smiling receptionist and very clean. What really made the visit were the people that interacted with Mellow. The Tech Heather and Dr. Tracey were calming and extremely patient with our little guy and both did as much listening as talking. The cherry on top of this great first visit was the fact they completely waived the $50 initial appointment fee due to him being a rescue dog. We will not hesitate to return or to suggest anyone with furry family members to this Animal House location.

Dr. Weidner was our savior! He is so conscientious and caring. Over the years this condition had become very hard to treat, and our cat, being semi-feral, was hard to give medication to. Dr. Weidner tried to give us as many options as possible, but was honest in his opinion of what might work or might not work. The prices are reasonable and there was NEVER any pressure to do high-priced invasive tests or procedures. In the end, he helped give our cat the best life she could have, right up to the very end. Her breathing became very difficult, and she had a stroke. We called and they made room for us that day, which I'm sure wasn't easy.
