I have had no problem with Fetch insurance for my golden retriever. It's easy to use. I've talked to people and ask questions. My refunds come back right away. It's a little expensive I think. read more

I love Fetch! They took the time to meet with me in person before they took care of my little guy Kennedy and were able to accommodate me on such short notice. Leanne is the best! I have one cat, and have been using Fetch when I go on week + long trips for the last two years. I've always thought they were attentive, have always showed up on time, and sent photos and updates. I've never had any complaints. This last month, I realized they are more than just a pet company. They really care! I set my dates a few months ago, when I planned a 7 day business trip to Europe. When I got my final schedule, I noticed a new name on my schedule, different from the sitter I've had the last two years. I physically wrote out some instructions on sticky notes to leave in the house (ie litter box is upstairs, dry food is automated, wet food instructions, etc) and figured that'd be it. A few hours later, I got a phone call from the new sitter (Agnes), asking if she could come by before I leave to meet my kitty and find out his instructions. I told her that I was leaving the next afternoon (Thanksgiving day), and she graciously offered to come by early Thanksgiving morning. That blew me away! Most people wouldn't go this far for a "self sufficient" cat. I'm back home, and just like in trips past, everything was perfect. read more

If you know anything about me, then you know my dog has a mild case of the crazies. He's a cute little dude who loathes other canines. And while he likes most people, he gets a little weird/protective at times. But we love him just he same. Thus, when we have to head out of town can't take him with us, Fetch Pet Care is pretty clutch. Joe, the owner of Fetch Schaumburg, is super responsive to our needs while we're away. He's scheduled Clare, our dog Riley's new BFF. Clare comes over to the house to let Riley out, refresh his food/water and generally just hang out. She's also nice enough to send texts with updates as to how he's doing and any other items that need attention (brought in a package from the front steps, let us know about a beeping battery in a smoke alarm, etc). Plus, there are tons of options ranging from potty breaks to walks to overnight stays. Overall, I'd say pricing is comparable to a mid-range/higher end pet daycare/boarding facility. I trust these (insured and bonded!) folks with my crazy little dog...and I'll certainly use them in the future, too! read more

5 Stars, 5 Stars, 5 Stars! I've been using Fetch for about 3 and half years now. When I started with them, I lived in a condo with a large dog and nowhere to run off leash. Now I'm in a house with 3 dogs and a fenced yard. First and foremost, the Fetch sitters are fantastic. We normally have a weekly sitter M-Th and another on Fridays. Our main sitter has been with us the entire time and has great knowledge of special needs dogs and working with them. Our Friday sitter is a Vet Tech and is also fantastic. My one dog is on lots of meds and having two main sitters that understand the medications, know what they are and when to use them is just priceless. Not to mention, my dogs love them. We're talking "out of control butt wiggling" love them! We also have a separate sitter for overnights and she is fantastic as well. My travel for work is just crazy and unfortunately happens at the last minute most of the time. She is always there, does a great job and keeps the routine normal for them as possible. Not to mention, she's pretty good at handling my crazy 1 yr old, pretty energetic and smart 3 year old and a smart, fast 8 year old pups. Prior to fetch we used friends and a daycare service at our former training center. Using friends was not a smart idea and the daycare got expensive between driving and the daily fees. I began looking and interviewed some other services and was not really impressed. I had one call with Joe at Fetch, and then an initial visit with him and our sitter and was sold. I've also used Fetch for transports to and from the vet or the hospital. I have a special needs dog and a hectic work schedule. Unfortunately her needs don't always pop up at the most convenient of times or times when I can keep taking off work more than I already do for her. Their transports are wonderful, timely and also reasonably priced. They really do help in a pinch and put me at ease when things get crazy. All Fetch pet sitters are licensed, bonded and insured. They go through a lengthly training and evaluation period before they have their "own clients". Not all services do this and it was something that was very important for me. Their fees are very reasonable and they do everything they can to work with you and your schedule. They excel with dogs that may have some medical issues as well as those that just need a good ole stretch of the legs. Their visits are normally at the same times each day, and if they are running late, early or need to possibly switch the route up, let call you first. Dependability is huge - and you'll never have an issue with Fetch. In the beginning we got report cards and notes after each visit, now we get text messages and pictures. They've also picked up all those yucky things that happen when pups don't feel well, let me know if a window was open or door unlocked and also gotten in touch with me when a pup was ill or acting funny. Believe me, with my three, anything (presents) can happen. I would recommend Fetch in a heartbeat. If you are looking for a dependable, professional service to care for your four legged family members, this is the best service available hands down. read more

We have used Fetch! for two trips now so I feel pretty confident in leaving a good review at this point. We have a senior cat with a lot of medical issues that require some varsity level intervention (shots, food additives, pills, etc.) so traveling can be nerve wracking to say the least. Fetch! is SO communicative and easy to work with that we feel comfortable trusting our little guy to them, which is huge for us. We have a litany of instructions for our sitter but have never been made to feel like an inconvenience or annoyance. Love them. read more

After 8 years of using FETCH Pet Care of Schaumburg the owner terminated my services today and left me high and dry- He could not longer meet my demands- I have very few demands to meet my needs- your business is to walk dogs!!! I want you to walk my dog!! and when my dog walker has other needs to attend to for you to find another walker to back the first walker up- sounds simple doesn't it! Not for Fetch!!!! After 8 years and various dog walkers this business owner and "I use the term loosely" choose to no longer offer his servicers to me- I guess they were hoping my older dog would pass away as he was diagnosed with cancer in June- My dog is older and has had a mid day walk since the day I brought him home- I guess Fetch sees him more as a bother- he would rather take on puppies that could fatten his wallet than keep the customers he has. Trust me when I tell you this guy is no good- he is a terrible business owner and I when I started with him he promised me "my tail would be covered"- and he was 3 deep with walkers always had a back up- not the case- I barely have one- and when she isn't available I have to a take a vacation day- you are suppose to provide a service to meet my schedule- yet it seems I need to take days off of work to cover your tail!~ A responsible owner would have tried to meet my needs- he choose to meet his own and cancelled my services without even thinking about me or my dog! Didn't even have the consideration to have a conversation- he choose to email me- what a poor excuse for a business owner and man! STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS AND THE OWNER Thanks for leaving me in a lurch- I will never forget it and I will make sure to tell all my friends and neighbors about my experience!! read more

We really love having fetch pet care to walk our dogs. When we first contacted them we were really impressed by how quickly they emailed us back, within a couple hours! Every time I have emailed them I get a response in about an hour, it's amazing. That afternoon they came by to meet the dogs and introduce us to our walker, Katie. We have two pit bull mixes and they love walking with Katie! I can't say enough about how helpful and flexible they are with us. I shared my rating and recommendation a few years ago, but wanted to share an updated review for Fetch of Hinsdale and Erin - she has been a life-saver in more ways than one for our two cats, and has been caring for them since we moved to the western suburbs two years ago. We've recently had some health issues with our little girl Adrian, and Erin has been available at the drop of a hat to check in on her, administer medicine and give her the attention she needed. She is such a caring, attentive pet sitter - our two cats are so well cared for and always happy when we return. We can't thank Erin enough for being part of our family! Fetch is amazing! I have used several of the services - including boarding, dog walking, dog sitting, and more - for over 5 years. The result is always the same: friendly, reliable sitters that go above and beyond to make my dog and I happy. My sweet dog is rather high maintenance and needs meds 4 times per day. I have made extraordinary requests with very little advance notice. There has not been one time in 5 years that Fetch didn't accommodate my needs. The genuine love, respect, and caring for animals is so obvious. No matter how needy or inconvenient my requests are, I'm always treated as if I'm the only client and my needs are truly the only thing that matters.
