We have been using Lynns Pet Care for over 4 years and have had nothing but great service. Our schedule changes on a fairly regular basis and Lynn is always extremely flexible and is able to accommodate us with getting to our house to walk our dog. Lynn is a reliable coordinator of our ever-changing dogwalking schedule requests. Her online scheduling system alerts me of scheduled dogwalks so I can ensure our requests are received. I could not ask for better care for my two cats than I receive from the sitters at Lynn's Pet Care. Before the first cat sitting visit Lynn came to meet our cats and also to see the area where the cats live and where her sitters would be visiting. I've been using Lynn's service for about 5 years. I have found the staff to be great with my dogs. I had 2 dogs that were elderly with vision and mobility issues. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate their needs. One of the dogs even needed to go in a stroller every day and the staff was happy to do this. Lynn and her staff are a favorite with our dog, Luke. I tried to take him to a local daycare and they decided that he was "too aggressive" (which he is not-according to his current boarder). We use Lynn's service when all family members are at work so Luke can have a mid-day walk. They are reliable and always are there when scheduled. I need to respond to the review given by Deb Y. The events she stated were not factual. I would never talk to a client in the manner she has mentioned. I apologized that this particular situation occurred, but it certainly did not happen the way she wrote and it wasn't caused by my sitter. I deducted the cost of rug cleaning and other items from her bill, even though the soiled rug was not due to anything we did/didn't do. My cat Smokey is 15 years old and is diabetic. He has to have insulin shots before every meal. I have used Lynn's service for about 5 years now and my sitter, Mary is great with Smokey. Not only does she give him his shots and food but she brushes him (he loves it).
