He supposedly repaired the A/C, but without my consent. I would not recommend this company in any way. Communication is key to running a business properly and they clearly don't know how to do that. If the repairman did attempt to call my number and was unable to get a hold of me, he should have had the office call me. He must have dialed the wrong number. I am concerned that the A/C may not work when we turn it on in the spring, and they will claim that another problem exists. Very poor customer service!

I called the technician back from Sedgwick because I wanted to give them first crack at a price match (I frankly would have gone up to $2,000 to match because I like to give the business to good technicians who come right out and are so professional and good).
