Fortunately for me I have been given nothing but the best care from Heather Snyder and her team. I have been seen for my carpal tunnel repair on both hands, meniscus repair on both knees, multiple reasons on my back and currently for vestibular reasons. I was initially nervous about going to Pacific Pro as I had never heard of them and never been there for Physical Therapy. My Orthopedic Surgeon said they were very good. Heather spent a lot of time going thru my extensive medical history and my current issues. She had explained what we would be doing and why. Heather is personable while still maintaining professionalism . Heather also asks if I have questions at each session. One of the main reasons that I liked Pacific Pro when I first arrived as opposed to other facilities I had been to is that not every exercise is based on machinery. This makes doing exercises at home possible. As I have been going to see Heather she ensures that most of the exercises can be done at home or while on vacation. I would definitely recommend Heather Snyder and Pacific Pro for your Physical Therapy needs.

Your Physical Therapist, who works with you on rehabbing your injury and their PT Aide, who works your muscle Reps, uses iPads and track your progress, always keeping you on track. Nice. The business model for PTs have evolved over the years. Today, you get 25 mins of 1X1 time with your individual therapist, in my case Emily who is fantastic. While you share an Aide for the remainder of your visit and who will Ice you down afterwards. I've met nothing but friendly nice talented folk here over my first four weeks of rehab for my new hip. I would not hesitate in recommending them.
