Everything else fit just not that cut out portion. I noticed this after I completed my purchase having lunch a few stores over. Only about 2 hour went by, I went back to the store to exchange the item for something else and was met with an unskilled cashier who told me she had to check with her manager to see if I could exchange it. She returned to tell me it was a final sale and there was no returns allowed. The receipt did not say that anywhere, nor was I told that at any time. The cashier pointed to the sale and said well, obviously there's a sale so there no returns. I said that's not an obvious point, you have to tell customers that and it needs to state that on the receipt. Besides, I didn't want to do a return, I simply wanted to exchange it and I unfortunately wasn't able to use 1 item out of 10 items I bought. I was just there 2 hours prior and I'd really appreciate an exchange. I didn't want a refund. I'd happily exchange it for something I could use.... She called her manager and returned to me a 2nd time saying they would do an exchange but only for another iPhone case. I said I'd be fine with that but the problem is no cases in the store fit my camera. She proceeded to tell me I should have checked the case before I left so it was my fault and it's a final sale.... Crazy, here we I am in the year 2025 and I'm in a retail store, at a large mall, dealing with a huge franchise (Claire's) discussing a $7 item that can't be exchanged!? I asked her to make sense of that and put herself in my shoes. How does only exchanging an item for the same item help me at all when the whole reason I'm here is to get something else because it doesn't fit my phone. I didn't want money back, only to simply exchange it for something I could use! Even their website says you can exchange any item after 60 days, here it was a few hours.. I asked her to please call her manager a 3rd time and allow me to talk to her. Surely the correct information was not being conveyed. She came back, a 3rd time, and said they would allow it this time but never again... Lol, again?? Why would I ever come back and shop here after this experience? Then she printed the exchange receipt, crossed it out with a red pen and wrote final sale in large letters, then took my original receipt, crossed that out with a red pen and wrote final sale so it was nearly illegible. Is that even allowed? Isn't the point of a getting a receipt is so you can read it? I feel like that was so childish and unnecessary, if the corporate office didn't allow exchanges or refunds then why wasn't that printed on the receipt? Are store employees allowed to mark up any receipt and write anything they want on it? Went in to this location on several different occasions and the customer service was SO bad I have no choice but to leave a review. The rudest staff I have ever come across and when I asked to speak to a manager the staff informed me that they were in fact Managment them self. I believe her name was Devin. And on a completely separate occasion I waited for what seemed like over a half hour before I was helped by a girl named Asia who had attitude with me even tho I spent over $400 that day. I came in here back on January 28, 2022, it was a slow evening so we were helped quickly, so I never imagined when pickup came in may that I would have an issue. The groomsmen came on back in April to get sized for their tux and everything was fine. The people who sized them really weren't sizing correctly, or going in depth if you will with how they were measuring. Pick up was Wednesday may 18, and I called the day prior on Wednesday and asked if it was ok if we picked up the following (Thursday). I was told yes and if there were any issues they could order whatever is needed to be here the next day (Friday). Perfect! What could go wrong? I guess I should have recognized that meant there would be issues. my husband went in to pick up his tux and the groomsmen's just to run into a major problem. His shirt didn't fit. Like I was assured the day before , I'm thinking we could get a correct size ordered. Wrong. Wrong. Wrong. Apparently it was "prom season" still. So due to it being "prom season", they didn't have a large in black in the length my husband needs. Somehow the day prior when I called... it wasn't prom season. When trying to ask questions I was spoken to very condescending by the employee who was helping my husband at the front. My biggest concern is what happens when a groomsmen tries his on and the black shirt is too small? They offered my husband a shirt in white in his size, or a black shirt so he matches everyone else however it's oversized. Zero real solution rectifying their mistake. Whether it's the wrong size was ordered or he was measured wrong by their own emp Not only is the shirt wrong, the jacket has no cuffs. The jackets I chose had cuffs. I chose style 1210, and what was ordered was 1230. I did not catch this in store because I don't familiarize myself with the item numbers of places as I'm not an employee and don't need to. 4 years later I am still stuck with pictures on my wall of half my wedding party in attire that doesn't fit with the exception of the minister who had his own suit . Definitely go somewhere else to make sure your wedding photos aren't like mine.
