The Store Manger was very rude, she told me she would hold my items overnight then she placed it back on the floor the next day it happened to me twice and the second time I want to confront her about it but she wasn't there, I told her I would be back and I came back to find my items gone again even though she said she would hold it overnight and she had other items in the holds but decided to but mine back. I spend a lot of money at this store but the service is very trash and the store manger is unprofessional, she confronted me and told me one of her associates told her I called her weird for putting my items back which I said yes it was weird since they had other holds still in the closet. This sounds more complicated than it is but this store always has a very limited amount of inventory, yet everything is so packed into their racks you can barely look through their clothes. Their customer service has always been lacking. Super super unfriendly. From the people frantically running around in the back and dressing rooms, to the employees at the register. GREAT SERVICE!!! Seriously! Talk about a last minute dress I needed! I came in on my birthday and explained to the lady, Chelsea, that I needed a birthday dress in less than 1 hour. I was expecting a dress from Amazon and unfortunately it fell through and my product wouldn't be shipped until July. I was so upset! So I came to the mall and walked into Windsor. The lady Chelsea greeted me and asked me what I needed and my size. She brought me a variety of different dresses and styles and colors. She was so sweet. When I told her it was my birthday she wished me a happy birthday. I was very satisfied with my visit with such good customer service. It's rare to find these days. Thank you so much again! I was upset when I came upon a young man in the women's dressing room standing out in the middle . He was just outside my daughter changing room. Although he was speaking to a person in one of the other rooms, he was not there to try on women's clothing . So why should a man be allowed in a women's dressing room when they are not trying on women's clothing???!!! He was only hanging around! Please make it a policy for young men not to hang around in the middle of women's dressing room! I did complain but that store hired a young person who does not have a clue on how to protect my daughter privacy and security . Went into Windsor today 10/18/21 in the early afternoon. There were two employees as far as I could tell. I needed a fitting room so I went and waited outside of them but in plain view. Nobody came after a while so I went to find someone to help me. I saw a girl looking through the racks, and said excuse me? Can I get a fitting room? She barely turned to look at me with an annoyed look and said yeah we'll be there in a minute in an irritated voice. I just turned and walked back and while I was waiting someone came out and I took their room. Then I heard the employee come back and begin complaining about hating everyone, presumably because I didn't wait for her to finish thumbing through the rack to get into a room. Then I went to check out. She didn't acknowledge me, say anything pleasant at all, just said what's your email for rewards. Then your total is this. Then here. I said thanks. She didn't respond. As someone who has worked various customer service jobs for the last 10 years, it's not okay to to treat a customer like this, let alone a human being. I wasn't being a pain, I didn't ask for anything special, wasn't complaining.. she treated me badly right away and continued through out my visit. If you don't want to be pleasant to strangers, don't work in retail. read more

Sales associate / manager CJ, was a GINORMOUS help to my daughter and myself. She provided AMAZING customer service while we were shopping for a Prom dress. The store itself was incredibly busy and crowded, however, CJ addressed my concerns and assured me, if things did not work out at another Windsor location she would be happy to make sure we were taken care of with our dress needs. Younger retail associates are not known for this type of customer service, and she exceeded all of my expectations. I needed a dress for a family reception and one of the workers named Malia was such great help. She brought out so many different options for me to choose from, she was always there outside the fitting room to tell me her opinion on each dress, and she helped me pick out the best one. I went into Windsor determined to find some type of birthday outfit. I had about 9 heavy pieces of clothing when Inez came to my rescue and started me a fitting room. She kept coming back to help, and adding more outfits once she and I discussed what I was looking for. After 2 failed attempts in the dressing room (nothing was doing it for me) she still was helping me! I couldn't believe it. After a 3rd attempt in the dressing room I found the perfect dress - even called her over to see it and get her opinion. I later learned she was the manager. Windsor is always my go-to for dresses (the sizes fit me perfectly and their style is always what I'm looking for) but I am taking off stars due to their customer service. I tried calling their store about 3 times to see if they had a dress in stock (which if they told me they did it would have saved me hours worth of searching for dresses online when I could have just walked into the store), but each time I was sent to voicemail. I left a voicemail and never got a call back. The day of the event, I went into the store and lo and behold, the dress was there. I've been to the store before but their customer service this day was so lacking. I asked one of the employees for help finding dresses that were on the mannequins and each time she looked more annoyed to the point where the last time I asked her she cut me off and told me that an associate in the back could help me. The person in the back was at least helpful, but I don't find any reason where it was okay for her to cut me off like that. I've worked retail before and honestly, even if it is annoying for you to be looking for dresses, helping customers should be your main priority. Three stars for now just because at least one associate helped me and because I like the clothes there, but I'm definitely disappointed with that associate (who seemed to possibly be a manager since she had the keys on her wrist). read more
