When I talk to someone at the hotel they tell me that Allianz should help but nothing one cares. Such a fraud!

The room was extremely spacious with cool decor. It's even pet friendly, they had a jar of dog treats at the check-in desk. But you would never know they were dogs in the hotel, never heard a single one. We loved how they did the little promo with the rubber duck, I hate that we forgot to grab it and take a picture with it on the travel home. We will definitely do that next time! Ryan was helpful, and a very cool guy, personable and friendly. Breakfast was a typical Hilton breakfast. A nice indoor pool with a large workout room. No coffee left and maybe 8 sausage links that consisted of a hot breakfast. I walked down to the lobby at 7:36 AM to find the only employee around mopping the lobby floor. He proceeded to mop the dining area and then blocked off the area where the food items were to mop that floor at PEAK checkout time!
