It is what it is. No upscale brand. I have posted pictures, keep in mind, it's no Hilton, they allow pets, and we did not ask for the room to be recleaned. We were tired from traveling and didn't want to deal with that. We stayed here because we were traveling with a pet and no other hotel near by allowed pets. We rented 3 rooms, 2 double queens for our daughters and their families, one king pet room for us. Cons - Pet rooms stink, stink, stink!! We had to buy lysol and candles to burn to get the smell to a tolerable level. We have stayed in many rooms that allow pets, this one was BAD. Upkeep of the rooms is not so good...please view pictures. Pros - our king pet room was quite large, comfy bed, with a decent size fridge. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Breakfast area was large, with many food choices. Close to a grocery store and fast food. The pool was clean and the temperature of the water was good. Common areas of the hotel were very clean.

    Very comfortable bed.

This hotel was a second choice when we were turned away from another close by. What a great hotel!! The room was extremely comfortable. There were plenty of towels and supplies. The hotel staff was nice. Because of this experience, I may make Choice Hotels my primary hotel chain when I travel.

Spend the extra $20 and go down to the Hampton inn. Just checked in and heater blew out a big cloud of dust. Bathroom looks like it was barley even whipped down. Hair on the pillows of the bed. Getting one star because bed does seem very comfortable.

    Great bed.

Great side of the highway hotel. The room was clean and spacious. The staff were friendly. Lots of choice for breakfast. Cost effective.

This hotel was conveniently located off I81N, nearby lots of businesses and restaurants. The room layout was like the railway flats - a long rectangle with a mini-kitchen and couch. It was one tick shy of Hampton Inn's comfort and style. My real dissatisfaction lies with the breakfast. First, not a convenient way to accommodate a large group of people as we had to line up single file like at a buffet. They don't open until 7a on the weekends. The Hampton Inn has breakfast at 6a everyday. In any case, it was clean and the staff was friendly so, needing the freezer in the future, I would likely return.

I wanted to stay downtown, but since I was booking kinda last minute, I had to increase my radius a bit, and stumbled upon this one. I've stayed at Hiltons before, but this was my first time at Home2 Suites. I gotta say, it was LOVELY! Booking online was easy, and check-in didn't even take 5 minutes. The staff were awesome and the lobby was just so colorful and inviting. The gym was next to the entrance which is something totally new to me. I'm used to it being hidden and what not. They have a pool too -- it was only for one night but such awesome amenities! I loved the room -- A King bed suite that had a kitchen sink, plates, cups, glasses, sofa bed, and a full-sized fridge. It was definitely an elevated room, but other ones that I think I'd normally get were sold out. Is this what I typically miss out on?? I don't know but I was definitely impressed. I enjoyed everything about my stay and the place overall was just so clean. Parking was easy and free too. I'd recommend it to anyone staying in the area!

We stayed one night November 2025. What a dump!!!!…read more We were given a handicapped room - WHY? IT WAS HORRIBLE. The carpet was soaking wet, the couch (label was West Elm) was like sitting on bench of buckboard, a tiny, tiny sink, tiny microwave, dirty, poorly laid out, window that was left crooked and open so impossible to close, bad layout. There was nothing good about the experience. I called the hotel to book and was quoted a different price than online (cheaper) but charged the more expensive online price. Even my cat was offended. Last time I want to stay in a Marriott property. Run, don't walk, to Candlewood, Hampton Inn, I think the Motel 6 would be a better bet.

Came into town to do a little bike riding on the C&O canal towpath (that was a very good…read moreexperience). We got there about an hour early on Friday, checked in quick and easy no questions asked. [Take notes Best Western, Elizabethtown,PA and your $20 early check -in "policy". We mentioned our bikes and I am sure that the excellent staffer taking care of us (throughout the stay the staff was flawless) put us in a 1st floor room right off the entrance area. The suite easliy fit our two bikes in the entryway, they were never an issue during the two days/nights. The room was clean, bed was the good firm standard Marriott that I prefer. The shower was good, we had no issues with the room. The breakfast is pretty standard for this kind of setup. There are a couple of hot options and plenty of other things to choose from. The most finnicky eater can find something. They should consider reorganizing the couch in suite (and get a more comfortable one). It's hard for two people to watch TV in current location. We used it for an hour or so on first day, but spent the rest of the time in the room on and off the bed. There is road noise becuase the hotel is adjacent to a main highway and a mall. If you are looking for a quiet mountain cabin look elsewhere. There was one issue that the staff on hand had no control over but it should be corrected as soon as possible. My wife choose this hotel specifically for the advertised (and in the existing photos) hot tub/spa. We like to have that available after the rides we do. It's a nice treat for the non tour de france crowd after a long day on the bicycle. When we got there no spa. They had "recently" remodeled [still shows as existing on the signage]. We could see exactly where it had been. The pool was slightly heated and we did enjoy it briefly after our longer Saturday ride, but it is not the same, nor what we had specifically [paid] for. If in the area we would stay again, if we didn't want hot tub access. I prefer Marriott properties and they are consistently good, as was this location.
