Unfortunately, when unusual circumstances arise on a trip, such as forgetting something in the hotel room after checking out, true customer service is tested. This particular branch did not deliver. I called a day after checkout about a forgotten MacBook charger and was told that the cleaning crew had not turned anything in. My husband, who was in the area when I called, stopped by to check in person. The front desk personnel at that time, who is the same individual I spoke to, radioed a few folks who claimed they were not the ones who cleaned the room. Evidently, there is no log in existence to track such a thing. That was all that was done. They took down my number and told me they would call back once it had been found. I had higher expectations for Marriott. This was extremely disappointing.

I did appreciate the nightlight in the bathroom. We brought our dog either us for a $75 fee, which I appreciate but it felt like a bit much for one night. All in all, this was a clean and convenient hotel.

It was one tick shy of Hampton Inn's comfort and style. My real dissatisfaction lies with the breakfast. First, not a convenient way to accommodate a large group of people as we had to line up single file like at a buffet. They don't open until 7a on the weekends. The Hampton Inn has breakfast at 6a everyday. In any case, it was clean and the staff was friendly so, needing the freezer in the future, I would likely return.

The staff were awesome and the lobby was just so colorful and inviting. The gym was next to the entrance which is something totally new to me. I'm used to it being hidden and what not. They have a pool too -- it was only for one night but such awesome amenities! I loved the room -- A King bed suite that had a kitchen sink, plates, cups, glasses, sofa bed, and a full-sized fridge. It was definitely an elevated room, but other ones that I think I'd normally get were sold out. Is this what I typically miss out on?? I don't know but I was definitely impressed. I enjoyed everything about my stay and the place overall was just so clean. Parking was easy and free too. I'd recommend it to anyone staying in the area!

There was nothing good about the experience. I called the hotel to book and was quoted a different price than online (cheaper) but charged the more expensive online price. Even my cat was offended. Last time I want to stay in a Marriott property. Run, don't walk, to Candlewood, Hampton Inn, I think the Motel 6 would be a better bet.

The suite easliy fit our two bikes in the entryway, they were never an issue during the two days/nights. The room was clean, bed was the good firm standard Marriott that I prefer. The shower was good, we had no issues with the room. The breakfast is pretty standard for this kind of setup. There are a couple of hot options and plenty of other things to choose from. The most finnicky eater can find something. They should consider reorganizing the couch in suite (and get a more comfortable one). It's hard for two people to watch TV in current location. We used it for an hour or so on first day, but spent the rest of the time in the room on and off the bed. There is road noise becuase the hotel is adjacent to a main highway and a mall. If you are looking for a quiet mountain cabin look elsewhere. There was one issue that the staff on hand had no control over but it should be corrected as soon as possible. My wife choose this hotel specifically for the advertised (and in the existing photos) hot tub/spa. We like to have that available after the rides we do. It's a nice treat for the non tour de france crowd after a long day on the bicycle. When we got there no spa. They had "recently" remodeled [still shows as existing on the signage]. We could see exactly where it had been. The pool was slightly heated and we did enjoy it briefly after our longer Saturday ride, but it is not the same, nor what we had specifically [paid] for. If in the area we would stay again, if we didn't want hot tub access. I prefer Marriott properties and they are consistently good, as was this location.

They have the most beautiful treatment room and most comfortable massage table I've even been on. The little touches are what put it over the top- the prepared charcuterie in the mini fridge- our preferred beverages stocked, rose petals on the bed, it was all very thoughtful and beautiful. You can tell Kelly takes a lot of pride in the integrity of the historic home and of her business. Ashley was wonderful too, they were excellent hostesses but did not hover and it felt very quiet and secluded- exactly what I needed! I hope to be back and make this a regular weekend or celebratory thing. The room service breakfast was also incredible. I highly recommend this hidden gem.

My husband and I always feel so welcomed here. Kelly is incredibly kind, accommodating, and inviting. Breakfast is excellent every morning, and they provide a daily charcuterie board to snack on, which is such a nice, thoughtful touch. We also loved that they have a fully stocked, self service coffee bar available anytime, featuring a great variety of coffees, espressos, teas, and even hot chocolate to suit whatever mood you are in. If you are looking for a place to unwind and relax, this is it. The staff is so friendly, and having spa services available right on site makes it even better. Plus, it is in a great location, just a short, easy drive into Middletown to grab lunch or dinner. This is the perfect place to truly unwind and recharge. Thank you Kelly for making us feel at home and for your generosity. Your warm and positive energy truly shows. We cannot recommend Beaver Creek enough.

You literally can just feel the history in the walls of this place…read more The Miller House (which also houses the Washington County Historical Society) was built in 1825 and may just look like an ordinary brick building from the front, but you would never guess this structure has over 20 rooms and 4 staircases. Ms. Linda, the Executive Director of the historical society, gave my classmates and I a tour of the house and it was amazing (and a workout). She got us checked in, gave us a few bottles of cold water and our room keys, and we were headed to the room. They did have a small concessions area in the lobby with snacks, though we didn't get any. The room was large and clean, with two queen beds, and a massive tv. Overall it was a good stay. Like most of my stays at Hilton, I was happy with the room cleanliness and the comfort of the bed. I was happy with this visit and would stay again

I had to go down to the front desk to ask for soap, and i stayed for an entire week straight and they only serviced the room once during the stay. I know some properties nowadays clean or service once every other day now, but once in an entire week is a bit much. Now, you're getting to the point of needing to ask to replace toilet paper and tissue paper. Not to mention the stockpile of recycling and garbage. Pre-COVID, there was a program that was optional, to have your room serviced once every 3 days or five and you'd get bonus points as the guest. Now, the option is taken away with the hotels saving a great deal of money on not servicing as often, but now you are sacrificing the quality of the institution of the property itself. It's a Courtyard. However, I recently returned from several weeks in Central America. It was amazing. They'd make animals out of towels, clean the room daily, everything was pristine, breakfast was included and was as great as some breakfasts I've had at JW Marriott properties. But Courtyards in the U.S. don't have breakfast included, not even for Titanium or Ambassador Elite members. So, not all of the same name brand are created equal. I've stayed at several Courtyards in California that stand out from the rest. So, it depends. The suite was great. There's no gym at the moment, it's under construction. Plenty of parking and tons of things nearby. I'd stay again. But, hopefully they'd address servicing the room more than once a week.

Disappointing Experience with Reservation Handling…read more I recently stayed at Home2 Suites on May 29, 2026, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing due to issues with my reservation. Upon arrival, my sister and I were assigned a room that was different from what I had reserved. I was informed that my original room was no longer available, despite having a confirmed booking through Priceline. This was both unexpected and frustrating, as I relied on that confirmation to ensure a smooth stay. During my conversation with staff, I was told that the property has been experiencing ongoing issues with Priceline reservations. While I understand that technical challenges can occur, this should not negatively impact guests who have confirmed bookings. It is the hotel's responsibility to either honor reservations or provide an appropriate and comparable solution upon arrival. This situation caused unnecessary inconvenience and disrupted our plans. It also raised concerns about the reliability of the reservation process and overall customer service. I hope management takes this matter seriously and implements corrective measures to prevent similar situations for future guests. Have not heard from the Corporate Office.

The location is great because you're away from the hustle and bustle but still close to the highway. The morning breakfast was smaller but they always had something different, breads, meats etc. The pool is kept clean and the cliental is classy. I had one hiccup with a staff member but it was quickly delt with and one night of my stay wa taken off. Clean, good breakfast, nice staff, and lovely location. Will be recommending this location to others!

The lady managing the breakfast area in the morning was exceptionally focused on ensuring all guests had everything they needed. The room was spacious, clean, and quiet. As with the common areas, the room did show signs that the hotel was well-traveled. Maintenance had been in the room to complete some repairs and used some industrial adhesive to affix holders to the shower wall. It was an overpowering smell, perhaps something to consider in the future when assigning rooms. I would have no problem staying here again if I find myself in the area.
