We were pleasantly surprised at the spaciousness of this room.

Breakfast was awesome! Room super spacious. Absolutely no complaints. Your stay here promises to be very comfortable as their name implies.

A most comfortable sleep! We choose The Parlor Suite, which had 4 beds, a pullout sofa as well as reading nooks and a half kitchenette. And the room was quiet. I didn't use the gym or the pool/hottub. Worth the money.

I waited 24 until I could do a full review of CSG . Immediately upon checking in the wait wasn't long I was 4th in line. Miguel the host was polite and engaging in casual conversation. Always a plus after a long road trip. Smooth and seamless checking and direction do our room. Room was spacious and bed was Very Comfortable! Freeway traffic could be bothersome if you don't have ear plugs or AirPods nevertheless I slept great!! Made it down for the complement breakfast. Do not pass this up!! Waffle station, scrambled eggs, potatoes and sausage patties. So much more goodies. 10 minutes to Camelback Ranch this spot is my new March Madness Hotel for Dodgers Spring Training !!

Passing through Arizona we were caught in the middle of a bad thunderstorm, dust storm. We decided to exit near the Cardinals stadium. We parked and called a few hotels. My husband I took to calling for quick accommodations. Each hotel i called letting us know they were booked adding to our rough night (close to midnight). Happy ending: The gentlemen at the front desk at the Comfort Inn answered and added there was plenty of rooms and that we could walk on in. We thought, well this means one of two things (one being it's a rough room) - Happy to say it was not! Quick and easy check in. The rooms were clean and it was a pleasant night sleep. We felt safe leaving our vehicle in the area. We showered and they had a free continental breakfast. I would say the coffee was not my favorite part of the meal but it's just like the kind you would get at a 7-11 machine and I'm a little picky about coffee. The hotel is like 2 minutes from Top Golf and around the corner from the stadium. Thank you Comfort Inn Suites North Glendale and Peoria for being there during the storm.

Fly eagles fly!! Love the vibes and welcoming for this football weekend!

Service: great customer service; from the day we made the reservation (the day the tickets released) to the check in time. Environment: We arrived a bit early, and we were blessed to be able to check in early. They gave us our key without hesitation. Since we paid from a 3rd party, we just had to put a card for insurance purposes. The main lobby was super clean and they had both the Philadelphia Eagles and Arizona Cardinals flags up. Since we were excited about the flags, the host recommended game day things such as Ubering 2 to 3 hours early to avoid drivers cancelling on us and getting drop off on the Northside of the Westlake to avoid traffic. This definitely was a great recommendation. Location: The location is perfect for the football game. The room is only a 6 minute drive if you Uber early. If not, it can be a simple 10 minute Uber if the driver takes the west side of the freeway/HWY. The room was super clean. My wifey is a clean freak, and she even said this was one of the cleanest rooms she has ever been for the amount paid.. definitely exceeded expectations. The AC was a little no icy in room 205, but the air was a great temperature the room is not the most modern, but the couch, microwave, mini fridge and coffee machine give the room a nice touch :) Definitely will come back to stay here if we make it to the Súper bowl ;)

    Harassing emails from the Billy

I would not be leaving a review at all because unless it's necessary I don't leave negative reviews. I prefer to share my positive experiences. However, the general Manager at this location is a psycho path. To make a long story short he is creepy, rude, and made fun of me to my face. When I was quietly telling the girl at the front desk about the COCKROACH in my room, and that the television in the living room area was not working. He came over and asked me in a nasty tone "what's your problem?" Because he could not hear me because I was trying to be quiet and give them an FYI. Not complaining not wanting anything for free. After the manager was rude and made fun of me I just left to tired to care. When I got home I received an email to review my stay, normally I would have just deleted it. Since the manager was so rude to me I decided I hade to write one. So the pool was FILTHY, the hot tub was cold and even more gross then the pool. There was a roach, the TV did not work, and there was the COCKROACH. What happened after that review was the manager and he asked me to use his name and make sure I spell correctly, BILLY D THOMPSON. Sent me a barrage of insulting emails, calling me uneducated, I nave a Bachelor's, but whatever who cares. He also called me a Karen, which could not be farther from the truth, I have definitely wanted to punch a few of those chicks in the face myself being in managment for 26 years. Anyway I think he is either psycho or drunk when sending these emails. In all My years I have never experienced such an unhinged man and his reaction to my basic review. It wasn't even nearly as bad as the ones I have written since the harassing emails I have been receiving from this man for the past three days.

No bedding. No blankets dangerous place, employees are as bad as the crooks and robbers.

A Disquisition on Hospitality at Tru by Hilton Phoenix Glendale Westgate: Or, How One Man's Virtue…read moreRedeems the Mundane By Capt. 619, Peripatetic Scholar of Transient Domiciles and Human Excellence Let us first dispense with the axiomatic: the modern hotel, in its essence, is an exercise in utilitarian homogeneity. A room, as Kant might posit, is a synthetic a priori--a space defined not by its inherent qualities, but by its function. Tru by Hilton Phoenix Glendale Westgate adheres to this universal truth. Its chambers are serviceable, its amenities competent, its aesthetic an echo of the Platonic "Form of the Mid-Tier Lodging." On the scale of Aristotelian potentiality, it achieves a hexad (6/10)--a respectable, if unremarkable, actualization of shelter. Yet! Here lies the rub: hospitality, as Seneca observed, is not a static condition but a dynamic virtue. And in this locus, virtue found its avatar in Richard, a steward of such magnanimity that he transmuted leaden routine into golden experience. I. The Telos of Service: Richard as the Unmoved Mover Each dawn, as Helios' chariot crested the Arizona horizon, Richard greeted guests with a Socratic inquiry: "What may I do to render your day excellent?" Not a hollow pleasantry, but a dialectic--an invitation to co-create eudaimonia. His attentions were neither obsequious nor perfunctory, but precise as Aquinas' Five Ways. Forgotten toothpaste materialized; coffee preferences were memorized with the rigor of a Benedictine scribe; local dining recommendations bore the insight of a seasoned flâneur. In him, the hotel's potential 6 became an actualized 10. II. The Paradox of Hospitality: Substance vs. Accident Let us parse the Categories. The hotel's substance (rooms, linens, waffle irons) belongs to the genus "Adequate." But its accidents--the staff, the ethos--are where essence resides. Richard, like Descartes' genius malignus in reverse, dissolved skepticism with each act of grace. A traveler who, like myself, dwells 200 nights yearly in interchangeable abodes learns this: marble foyers fade; human warmth endures. III. The Ethical Imperative To proprietors of such establishments, heed Aristotle: "We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act, but a habit." Richard's excellence is habitual, his ethos contagious. He is the phronimos of hospitality, embodying practical wisdom where others merely follow script. Conclusion: A Summa of Transient Flourishing Tru by Hilton is, in itself, a cipher. But within its walls operates a man who elevates the prosaic to the profound. To stay here is to witness a Thomistic proof: Existence precedes essence. The hotel exists; Richard gives it essence. Verdict: 6/10 (sine Richard); 10/10 (cum Richard). Fellow wayfarers--seek him. For in a desert of mediocrity, he is the oasis. "Non nobis solum nati sumus." --Capt. 619, Emeritus Fellow of the Collegium Hospitium et Peregrinationis

The prices were very cheap especially considering it was the weekend before New Years. We ended up getting a two bedroom suite with a kitchen (see photos). I could post all the photos but it was a very nice room. And considering the price it was a really good deal. The fitness center is located in the adjacent hotel North, basically 10 yards away on the other side of the pool. It has a machine, teeadmills, and weights up to 50 lbs. The complimentary breakfast is very good with eggs, potatoes, bacon/sausage, cereal, etc. They also have waffles that alternate between blueberry and vanilla. I posted a photo with the hours. Coffee is available all day. Service was great and again for the price awesome deal.

I was with a few of my friends and we asked for the corn hole bags and right as a I said "Do you mind if we can have the bags for corn hole"? I got a "UHHHGGGG" in my face from her. Keep in fact that I'm a young teenager here who just wants to have fun and this lady is constantly making my stay worse. I finally got the corn hole bags after I got a grown and her breath in my face, then she starts almost like investigating me. Like I thought that I was here to play corn hole not that I'm a witness in a murder. And I know this isn't required because there was a guy a lot younger before her and he was amazing, 5 star for him. He always had a smile and was nice to everyone that came. And he gave it to us no problem and enjoyed talking with me and my friends. But really, this lady RUINS THE MOOD. Hotel amazing though, but you better pray she isn't your front desk lady.
