Sold out since Post Malone was in town. Great place to stay if you're headed to the stadium or just want to be around the area. Check-in at the hotel went smoothly and I felt like they were prepared to handle it being busy. Our room was clean, it was nice to wake up and have a small breakfast in the morning. Only downfall is the little AC units in the room are pretty noisy. Grateful to have AC but I am just a light sleeper. Overall, I would stay here again, especially if I was headed to the stadium. Less than a 10 minute walk.

Stayed here for a work conference and I am so happy with them!! I wish I would have taken a picture of the rooms before I jumped in them but let me start from the top. Service and staff: amazing. They made sure I was taken care of and went out of their way to make sure I felt it too. The receptionist, Ayanna, would text me everyday to make sure everything was up to my standards. Housekeeping introduced themselves to us and told us to let us know if we need anything. So thoughtful and well taken care of Rooms: clean clean! Hardwood floors with plenty of amenities. Mini fridge, blow dryer, iron table and iron and many more. Free assorted breakfast everyday with different choices, pool, gym and free WiFi. Overall one of the best places I stayed. If I come back to the conference I will be staying here. Ps it feels newer than the renaissance across the street.

I wasn't even going to review this hotel even though my stay wasn't great due to hair in both beds and the beds being hard as a rock BUT then I saw a charge for parking on my receipt (it took them hours to email it after checkout). I called the location first and spoke to rude Richard who asked me "why would I think parking would be included" - I had to do everything in my power not to curse him out. I then called and spoke to THREE OTHER PEOPLE in the Hilton Honors call center who claimed to not see parking included. The FOURTH call into Hilton Honors call center saw it! And called RICHARD in Glendale, AZ who lied to the call center rep and said he left notes for the manager. What Richard told me to do was call a manager cause I can't do anything for you. I used to be a Hilton Honors Gold and I stopped using Hilton brands, I remember why now and will go back to Marriott brands.

This hotel was very nice. It has a cool little vibe to it. It also had a cute little game section. It also had a full selection of snacks and drinks in their little store. The rooms were nice and clean. I felt they were a little on the smaller side. There wasn't a lot of luggage space no closet space at all. I definitely felt this room catered more to the younger crowd. I felt this room was purely for young adults coming to the area to party and then just rolling in to crash. It was hard to put all my family's luggage in this room. The bathrooms were clean but not a lot of counter space. I also felt the complementary breakfast in the morning was also catered to a younger crowd. They had pancakes and eggs. But I felt the selection wasn't as big as some of the other hotels were had stayed in, in the area. Overall, I would stay here again, it wasn't bad. Just in the smaller side for myself and my family.

Location, location, location! That's probably the one thing you hear real estate talk about when buying a home. That's the same for when you're booking a hotel. This place has amazing location! Right by not one thing but a plethora of options. Shopping? The outlets have you cover. Eating? Westgate has you covered. Entertainment? State Farm Stadium is there and Camelback Ranch is a short drive away. I took advantage of almost everything this place had to offer. Breakfast (only on the weekend for me because of my work schedule), 24 hour coffee (usually 3-4 cups daily), lobby, gym (they have a Peloton). Rooms are clean, no carpet! You can get daily service or just whenever you need it. Small mini fridge in case you want to keep drinks cool. Fire pit outside gives you a nice view of State Farm Stadium. The pool is nice to cool off, when it's hot. Lobby has board games, hockey and a foosball table. I'd definitely stay here again!

I highly recommend staying here when watching an Arizona Cardinals game or a concert, as it is a 10-minute walk from the hotel to the State Farm Stadium. Upon arrival, the representative seemed rattled. This could be because it was at the beginning of check-in time. Upon leaving, the representative was pleasant, but I got the feeling no one there really likes their job. There were no niceties or questions about how I enjoyed my stay, as I am used to being a Hilton member. On the positive, I loved the shower (high pressure) and their liquid soap. Our AC unit was very loud. Again, it is hard to beat the location for events in the area!

What a super cute and funky little hotel! This was my first time staying at TRU, but I am a Hilton Diamond member. This is a new hotel and feels bright and shiny. The brand is obviously geared toward the younger set, like hip twentysomethings. The decor is very modern, with soothing teal blue tones and blonde wood. I booked a standard King room. The bed was very comfortable, I have no complaints. There's a tiny desk / workspace that's good for a small laptop, but it's not a giant workstation. Wifi is free and fast. The room layout is crowded and not very efficient. The desk space, for example, is right next to where the a/c blows air, so if you try to work there and need the air conditioning on, you will freeze yourself. The air blows directly onto the workspace, making it mostly unusable. My room had a flat screen t.v. and a tiny dorm refrigerator. Toiletries are provided in communal squeeze bottles, which was fun. Even the liquid hand soap at the sink is a squeeze bottle (there's yummy smelling lemon lotion, too). There's no bar soap provided so if you're weird about shower gel (like me), make sure you pack your own soap. The bathroom was spacious and very clean. Everything in the room was sparkling. I also loved the Pergo style floors. No dirty carpet! The a/c is decent, which is important in a desert climate like Glendale, but they have the Amana a/c controls to only go as low as 65 degrees. Ugh. 65 sounds cool enough, but in the desert, it is not. I have to have it super cold to sleep, and I woke up sweating several times during the night. Normally I'd give a hotel with these devil devices no more than one star, but this is just such a lovely property otherwise. The room itself is very small, but well laid out. It's sparse, and reminded me a lot of budget properties in Europe like Mercure or Ibis. There's no closet, but simply a metal bar and some coat hangers coming out of the ceiling. There's a weird bench under the t.v., but you couldn't really use it because if you sat there you'd hit your head on the t.v. There are thoughtful touches like extra hooks by the door for bags / purses / coats, and plenty of bright lighting. Ample free parking was another nice perk. I didn't partake in the free breakfast, but it looked good. Lots of cereals and cold food items. The lobby is funky and adorable, with a hockey foosball table (fun!) and lots of seating. It reminded me a hipster coffee shop, and hanging out was encouraged. All of the interior design is bright and cheerful, too. We were in town for a hockey game and wanted a place near the Gila River Arena, preferably one where we could walk so we could enjoy adult beverages at the game. This hotel is within easy walking distance to the Arena as well as the Westgate Entertainment District, which has TONS of restaurants and shops and bars! It's the ideal place to stay if you're in Arizona for a sporting event (the Arizona Cardinals is right next door too). This was a comfortable stay, but I'm not sure I'd want to stay longer than a night or two. It's not quite as luxe as I'm accustomed to when traveling, but it's a comfy little hotel.

This hotel does offer free parking and it is in walking distance to the stadium. But you can also catch an Uber/ Lyft to the stadium. The hotel was decked out in Halloween decor and also Chicago Bears and Arizona Cardinal flags. They also offer some type of free breakfast in the morning . I don't know if it's continental or what. When I'm on vaca mode my mission is to sleep in. Back to the hotel the rooms are quite nice and a suite. They have everything that you would want but not a stove. But then again who wants to cook on a vaca. They have a nice sized refrigerator and microwave. They also have a coffee maker. The bed was comfy but the pillows were quite small. They also have a couch which I believe can be a bed as well. The bathroom is full sized and they also have full size shower gel and shampoo. You may want to bring your own hand soap because they only have those tiny bars . Nearby and right where the stadium is the Westgate Entertainment District. It's outdoors and a total vibe. There are plenty of restaurants, and even a cigar lounge. When we were there they actually had an outdoor ice skating rink. There is also an outlet around 10 minutes away. I only passed it and it looked like it was an outlet. All in all it was a great experience. If I ever visit Arizona again I would definitely stay here again.

This place is located near State Farm Stadium just North of Glendale Ave…read more We weee looking for a place for the Fiesta Bowl. The prices were very cheap especially considering it was the weekend before New Years. We ended up getting a two bedroom suite with a kitchen (see photos). I could post all the photos but it was a very nice room. And considering the price it was a really good deal. The fitness center is located in the adjacent hotel North, basically 10 yards away on the other side of the pool. It has a machine, teeadmills, and weights up to 50 lbs. The complimentary breakfast is very good with eggs, potatoes, bacon/sausage, cereal, etc. They also have waffles that alternate between blueberry and vanilla. I posted a photo with the hours. Coffee is available all day. Service was great and again for the price awesome deal.

Making matters worse the power curtains did not work in either the bedroom or the living area after a call down to your front desk of course they don't know how to fix it. The overall cherry on top was the fact that I picked this hotel as the pool harness was being advertise as a wheelchair accessible amenity available on the property and wouldn't you know it the poor harness just had to be down during the time of our visit. But that wasn't the case that pool harness was not used or had not been used in a very long time. After speaking to the front desk and being told yet again, they did not know how to use the harness and that she would need to call the maintenance man to do so she walks across the yard to the sister property talks to that manager comes back like 20 minutes later a maintenance man is there, but he was nowhere to be found until another motel guest offered to help me as I was trying to figure out how to work the harness so that my husband can get in the pool. The maintenance man appears as we're finally able to release the harness into the water. He then proceeds to tell us that the harness is water powered. He goes and grabs a hose and connect it into the pump for the harness. It's there connected for around 20 minutes as we sat there and waited. I watched the maintenance man get on his phone a couple of times and have conversations now 30 minutes has passed since the water hose has been connected to the pump for the harness now by this time my husband is pretty much telling us to flip him into the pool from his wheelchair. I walk over and ask the maintenance man is the harness ready he then proceeds to tell me that it's not working now an hour of time has been wasted when they could've simply said at the front desk the first time I asked about it that it was not in order because there's no way that harness had just became out of order. It's been out of order. I'm sure all staff members are well aware of the harness not only for the pool not working and being out of order but also for their hot tub isn't that a coincidence to the separate harnesses and neither of them worked Yep they both were out of order some coincidence. Now let's turn our heads to the administrative side of things as I've made several calls since our visit in April and left quite a few messages for the manager who was of course, not there as we were checking out, but I was given her contact information where I proceeded to call and leave several messages, however, since April, I have yet to receive a phone call back in regards to my family's unpleasant visit. I would definitely never be coming back and for the future references I'll make sure to call and check on amenities that are for wheelchair accessible people being fully operational and in good working order. I hate places that claim to be wheelchair accessible they make sure that they include pictures of amenities that are wheelchair accessible friendly as in the handlebars in the bathroom and also harness is for the pool but yet their employees should be able to tell me if the accessible room has a fold down chair or if they have shower chairs under the sink for a quick install falsely advertising the pool and Jacuzzi being wheelchair accessible, friendly, however, neither harness worked, and the fact that there had been a nice amount of webs and debris buildup on the chair I know for a fact, those harnesses have not been in use for a very long time, and if they knew it was broken, why still advertise it take it down.
