The hotel itself is fine, the issue I had was their parking. Parking in and around the hotel is controlled by a company called Premium Parking. If the hotel forgets to ask for your vehicles license plate, Premium Parking will issue you a ticket for $90.00. They provide pictures of your vehicle and plate. This is what happened to me. I was able to get the ticket voided, but was left with a very bad taste in my mouth for both Hampton Inn and their parking enforcement. read more

Our stay here was totally last minute. We needed a place to stay and with my union discount. This place was right in our budget. We loved it. It was super clean. People working the front desk were super nice. The breakfast in the morning was really good and super fresh. I would recommend this hotel to family and friends. Stayed at this hotel on 07/19/25 while attending the Morgan Wallen concert across the street at the State Farm Stadium. We asked for early check in and they were able to accommodate us without an issue. The staff was very friendly and professional. The room was clean and modern. This location is walking distance to State Farm Stadium which was a plus. Complementary coffee bar available 24-7 and complementary breakfast in the morning. We would definitely return. read more

I really enjoy Hampton Inns because they are clean and serve breakfast. This is a great location, next door to the outlets and I think 25 bars. We are also close to a stadium. So first off I want to say that jerrica (I hope that's her name) is amazing and is always so kind and helpful when we have an issue when we stay. Room was nice and comfy. Shower was hot. Hair soap was nice, neautragina . Poor was nice but I wish it was more shaded. Breakfast was good but it was the same thing both days we were there. Wish they had something different on the different days. I love that on the app if we have an issue we can just chat them and inform the staff of any issues rather than go down or call. All in all I'm happy and will stay again. read more

Ridiculously overpriced. The air conditioning unit is reminiscent of a 1970s motel 6, which couldn't be adjusted. The staff was great and the location is nice. Their room rates should be 1/2 of what they are. read more

I found this hotel online and was happy that it was a pretty reasonable price for a weekend in phoenix. Its tucked away in the corner of a plaza that is the mecca of US capitalism. It sits next to another Hilton hotel connected to a giant outdoor outlet mall thats pretty cool, and across from a West Gate shopping center where the Gila center is, aka the NHL Phoenix Coyote stadium that also hosts other concerts. Across from that is the Arizona Cardinals State Farm stadium! On the backside is the freeway so its pretty much Murica all the way around it. The only thing missing is a wal-mart or mcdonalds. The hotel was decent offering cookies at night, and coffee + hot chocolate + tea all day long. The guest room was pretty nice too with a basic lay out and design. The only thing that sucked was that there was no microwave in the room! I have never stayed in a Hampton inn that didnt have a microwave in the room, so my trader joes dinner went to waste. Hopefully the housekeeping crew eats it since its brand new and packaged in the fridge. Other than that, I would stay again. read more

My son and i needed a place to stay to go see the Raider pre season game and i came across this hotel conveniently close to where we needed to be. We loved it! I had never stayed at a Hampton in before but what i have heard is true. The hotel is very clean and nicely furnished , breakfast is free from 6am-10am and they have plenty of delicious variety, they even have pre-packed breakfast bags by the counter to take if you are heading out. The room was clean, spacious and the bed was very comfortable , i really like that they give you real comforter . The hotel is located in the middle of the Westgate area walking distance to everything even the State farm stadium. The customer service is exceptional , they really go above and beyond to make your stay as pleasant as possible. read more

Stayed here two nights this week. Usual high standards I have come to expect. Huge room, way more than I needed. A few complaints: No washcloth included with linens. When I started the shower, the knob (on the tub spout) you pull up to divert the water to the shower pulled off completely. I was worried that I was going to have to take a bath but fortunately the knob was threaded and I was able to reattach it and shower. Towels were very rough and barely absorbing. Sort of like "soft" sandpaper. While waiting for my ride after checking out, the woman at the front desk very kindly made a pot of coffee at 4:45 AM. It was a grand gesture, because breakfast doesn't start until 6:00 AM. read more

We needed a hotel close to home recently just for the night & we made a good choice with this location. We were very happy with our stay, it was so convenient, customer service from all staff on all shifts was exceptional & definitely their strongest point. The hotel itself was extremely clean & several precautions taken for Covid such a sealed rooms, remotes, etc. You could handle your check in & check out completely hands off & virtually if you wanted to. They have a nice snack area in the lobby where items can be conveniently purchased & charged to your room. The only negatives was the DirecTV which had to be reset several times throughout the night in spite of perfect weather conditions & the carpet in our room was visibly stained in spots as well as damp by the refrigerator, which didn't bother us too much as the rest of the room was spotless. My only recommendations would be doing something about the carpeting & changing to cable tv service instead. Since we were only there one night, this wasn't a big issue. Would definitely recommend as a good place to stay in a great location convenient & in walking distance to just about everything in the area. read more

I wish I would have checked out the pool! This hotel was 5 stars all the way! From the cleanliness of the establishment, and rooms to the service from the staff. Came with the intention of only staying one night, but ended up staying 2. The breakfast had so many selections! They had fresh fruit, a waffle maker, a mini waffle maker, tons of pastries, a good selection of warm foods. By far one of the best selections I've yet to see. The rooms are really clean, and the property is well kept. The location does not get any better. My only bummer was that even tough it was only a few dollars, the hotel didn't just price match what I paid the 1st night, so we paid more for the second. One would think if we were giving you the extra business that you'd at least match it. It still won't stop me from staying here in the future. read more

I got a gift for a staycation night away and have stayed here before but got a different room and it was terrible. Stay away from room 206!! Apparently old bed and mattress. Made noises as the base moved every time I did and you could tell the mattress was old. I may as well been (trying) to sleep on the floor! Wish I had changed rooms early but thought it would be alright. I was wrong. My back and shoulders still hurt and I got very little sleep. Front desk didn't seem to care either when I told them they need to do something about that bed. read more

This hotel is practically in the shadow of the Arizona Cardinals stadium. I'll remember that next time I want to go to a Cardinals game... although I assume it gets booked up pretty quickly for those. Nonetheless... it served our purpose for attending the Keith Urban concert at Ak-Chin Pavilion, which was a $10 Uber away. They do have a shuttle that will take you within a certain radius of the hotel, but: 1) it did not go that far: 2) it only runs until 6:00. The rooms are spacious, the hotel is clean, service was friendly and the price is not too bad. Free hot breakfast buffet, with eggs, sausage, oatmeal, waffles, fruit and such, also adds to the value. If you're looking to stay in this area, you can hardly do worse. read more

Normally we so corporate events at another nearby resort. However, the timing required us to use this facility instead due to scheduling conflict. If you are a fan of constant obscenities being yelled, hallways, pool, etc..., white tube socks with shorts and people who slept through high school English, if you want that feeling that a shoot out or drive by just might happen at any moment, while you are at the pool listening to curse words, surrounded by ice chests full of Bud Light, than this is your little slice of hell. Location was great, stayed 5 nights and asked for housekeeping only one day, but they only made the beds and did not change sheets as requested. We had a coffee stain on one bed that remained there after housekeeping had left. Gave 3 stars generously as they have 100% satisfaction at the desk, but we never received any thank you for staying with us, or any questions of how our stay was from Alexis on checkout. Almost felt like they couldn't wait for us to leave. Will definitely look elsewhere when in Glendale/Phoenix area in the future. Also, breakfast not to my taste, but free. read more

Front desk staff made you feel welcome the moment we arrived and assisted us numerous times with using the refrigerator for a BBQ. Water is free anytime you ask. Maid service was great. Hotel is super clean. One employee changed a towel for my husband in the weight room without even asking, small things like that just impress me. Free self service breakfast. What you would expect, nothing fabulous but it is free. Employee came to pick up our plate when we were done eating. This never happened at a free self service breakfast. Location is great. Laundry is free. This was by far the best hotel ive ever stayed at. I will definitely return! This is how service should be everywhere. Super clean hotel, newer property looks like, staff is friendly and rooms and clean. Breakfast was busy good variety but non of the egg options they offer is vegetarian, all are mixed with ham mostly. Also the French toast is sitting in the same bacon compartment covered with one lid. So if you're vegetarian you wouldn't be able to eat the French toast because it's soaked with bacon flavor. Not a big deal but I think it's better to have them served separately for clients who don't eat meat or bacon specifically. Other than that, the property is very well taken care of. read more

I took a road trip with the fellas to watch the LA Kings beat the Phoenix Coyotes @ the Jobing.com Arena and I must say our experience at this hotel far exceeded expectations! Not only was the hotel suite very affordable when split between 4 guys (3 queen beds and 1 roll away all in 1 suite at no extra charge!), but the room was very nice, included a small refrigerator and microwave and was very comfortable! Very new and modern and all we had to do was walk across the street to the whole Westgate Center/bars/restaurants/arena which was a HUGE plus! At the end of a drunken debauchery filled night we stumbled back (a 5 minute walk) to our hotel safely! We were going to stay a few miles away to save money but read some reviews about the hotels having "bed bugs" and being dirty. You won't have that problem staying here! The room was immaculate and the staff were beyond friendly and accommodating! That was probably the best part: Friendly staff! The staff literally gave off a small town feel, the only time I've ever been treated better was at a bed and breakfast! And the morning breakfast was another thing that made this hotel worth it. After drinking all night and being hung over, all we needed to do was stumble down to the lobby to get some eggs, sausage, ham, toast, bagels, waffles, apple and orange juice and we were re-fueled up for some more debauchery! They had something for everyone, including a variety of cereals and whatever you can think of for breakfast free of charge! So if you're planning on staying anywhere near the Westgate center/Phoenix stadium/Jobing.com arena this is the place to stay! I met up with friends to watch the Sharks/Coyotes recently. The hotel is just a sort walk to the arena and the Westgate Center. A smart choice if you plan on hanging out before and after the game and don't want to drive home or just want a few nights away. The hotel was clean and had a nice lobby to work, relax and in the morning to have breakfast. The breakfast was more than the usual continental breakfast at most hotels. There was coffee, juice, fruit, sausage, omlettes and potatoes. You can also make your own waffles. The room was big, clean and smelled fresh. Lots of tv channels to choose from. There is a swimming pool on site to cool off when it's hote. I would definitely stay here again for a weekend hockey game with friends. read more
