By Thursday of the next week, after not hearing from them, we started calling them. No returned calls led us to texting again. After finally getting a reply, they told us we were not on the schedule, so they would put us on for Tuesday of the next week. Well, that would take us into week 3, and as we have been sitting in record triple degree temps the entire time, I knew it was time to find someone else! You would think that if a company is selling a service that they would do what they say they will do. I was actually shocked that this company treated a client like they treated us. I understand that, with these record hot temps, most of these companies have more to do than they can handle. I get it. Just admit you can't do the job and let us find someone else.
