They work with peco so customers can get access to energy efficiency rebates. Peco gives you a home report and that gives the green home folks a map to properly insulating and sealing your home. They fixed a failing heat pump outdoors and insulated my basement. Truly was impressed with the work completed. The guys were always very respectful of my home and my multiple pets. I also value the way they do business. I live in a older home and we ran into a issue trying get insulation into my attic. In order to do the work the bill would have gone up another $5k for various reasons. They very transparent as to why. I did not move forward on the attic insulation and I never felt pressured to do so. Have to save up a bit before we tackle the attic insulation but would certainly go with this company again and will get a quote from them when the time is right.

Be cautious if considering doing business with this company. In 2016, we selected GHS from a list of PECO recommended companies to install an entire HVAC unit (indoor air handler and outdoor condenser unit). After our horrible experience with GHS, I can't imagine how they made the list. On the installation day, the technicians dropped the system on the ground. One year later, a normal power outage fried the wiring to our thermostat, something that had never occurred before GHS installed our unit. A team came to replace it and left two poorly spackled holes in our ceiling (hallway and bathroom). Fast forward to 2019, and our heating bills skyrocketed. During a routine preventative maintenance, we learned that the unit was sorely low on refrigerant. GHS blamed hypothetical teens stealing refrigerant, another company messing with the system, etc. After at least four visits from GHS technicians in futile attempts to locate and repair a leak during the heat of summer, during which we needed to invest in multiple window AC units, a new outdoor condenser unit was installed. Fast forward to September 2020, and unit was once again 2 lbs. lower on refrigerant. GHS's owner could not fathom how we would be upset with his company rather than Lennox, claiming we had somehow received not one but two faulty units in a row. We have zero faith in GHS to fix the problem at this point, and we have invested over $10,000 in the process.

    DONOT USE Christian Heating, Cooling, Plumbing and Electrical…read more ABSOLUTE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH On 7/20/2022 we purchased from Christian a NEW HOME COMFORT SYSTEM DAIKIN AC DX17VSS421BA, E001346 1 DAIKIN FURNACE DM80VC1005CN, 2112343463 1 DAIKIN COIL CAPE4860C4, 2201412759 1 DAIKIN ONE PLUS - D9000, AA2201003992 We paid $20,744. 12 year warranty Here we are 4 years later being treated like shit from Christian Heating, Cooling, Plumbing and Electrical On June 25 our air stopped blowing cold air They came out on June 25 said the Expansion valve was bad they had to order it. 2-3 days to arrive. Ended up Taking 7 days. they came out on July 2. Never replaced the Expansion valve bc this guy said it's not the Expansion valve, you have a leak. Took 2 1/2 hours to find the leak. Said the inside coil was bad, leaking Freon. He sent order to shop to get coil, should be a stock item. They will call you. I called them they said we don't have the coil in stock it will be 7-10 days to get it. I said are you kidding me. The guy was an absolute jerk to me, never even apologized for the first techs misdiagnosis, wasting a week on a part we do-not even need! It's 101 today was 102 yesterday. I said to them this is ridiculous I am supposed to wait 7-10 days after I have already waited 7 days. You haven't even apologized. He said there's nothing I can say or do to make you happy. They just don't care Don't even act like they care! I have never experienced such poor customer service in my life! Today is July 11. no air since June 25. They were supposed to have the part July 9. Still no part, my husband asked to speak to a manage, we have still not received a call from a manager as promised.
