My agent is great to talk with, so helpful, and seems genuinely to care about my claim and the fact that all my things were stolen---mostly tools, but also my personal laptop which was expensive. Their rates are low, even for a large policy like mine ($75,000 renter's) but they act like expensive insurance companies (my experience being for auto claims) when it's time to make a claim.

I had to get DMV tags done on my car and they helped me right away. I thought I might need a few extra things, but they walked me through it and made it simple. I waited maybe about seven minutes before being helped, which is not bad at all for DMV related stuff. I also noticed they do a lot with travel. I may come back and talk with them about a future trip and get more information on what they offer. Overall, it feels efficient and friendly every time I go in.
