About 10 months later, I visited the Carol Stream location for a rotation and alignment. Though the first pass was still slightly off, I took it back and the technician (Anthony) did an excellent job. He nailed it, and the results speak for themselves (see picture). Cost was covered under the one-year alignment/new tire set warranty. It may seem like a small thing, but when the alignment/steering wheel is off - the whole care feels off and it's aggravating as #@$. Wait time was well before the promised time. lobby is clean/comfortable, and the sales staff was attentive. I'll be returning for all my tire needs.
