Nathan (Rick's brother-in-law) was at the front desk and immediately made us feel comfortable. Friendly, genuine, and incredibly helpful. I've waited at Berman's 3 hours just to get an old change and tires rotated. Not only that, but the guys there were great to deal with, especially Nabor. Damage was severe enough that the car had to be towed. Fortunately, no one was injured. Fast forward roughly four weeks and I reclaimed my car today. It was exactly what I expected: impeccably repaired with a paint job--thanks to master painter and WBS owner Danny Avalos, Jr.--that matched the original finish perfectly. Express is located on Elston Ave right across the street from Mariano's & 1 door east of the DMV. I've come to know most of the people in the office as well as the people doing the body & mechanical work. They do solid work at a competitive price. I've lived in this area for over 25 years & to locate a shop that does excellent work so close to home is awesome. For the most part they have been very responsive to my needs both for body & mechanical work. I have recommended a number of my family & friends as the quality of work is unquestionable.
