I made an oil change and wheel rotation appointment two weeks prior to my scheduled time. I took off work for this appointment and was told, "Oh, I see we can't get your oil filter". It never occurred to them to notify me of what should be standard operational procedure. Such as, do we have the ability to service your appointment? Gee, no oil filter? BIG SURPRISE to Just Tires. Just Tires changed oil in my car two weeks ago and now leaks enough to create a puddle overnight. I called them yesterday to make an appointment to address the problem. When I came to the appointment, I was told that it would be 1 1/2 hr wait. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my car! I've been coming to Just Tires for years, and whether it's tires, oil changes, or brakes, they've come through with excellent service and great pricing. My fiancé recently came here to replace all four tires on my friend's car, and after calling around to both Discount Tires and NTB, we confirmed that Just Tires had the best pricing. It's not like other auto shops where they try to scam you for money, and that goes a long way. I read the reviews and was a bit apprehensive. However, I was in the car business for a long time and knew exactly what my problem was before I went. I came in without an appointment. I told the guy, that I knew I had a screw in my tire. I told him it needed a patch. The guy quoted me 34.99 which was fine. He told me they would get right on it. I thanked the guy and asked that they check the other three tires for any oddities. In 45 minutes they were done and I was on my way. My other tires were fine as well. They decided to charge her $20 just to put her tire back on. He (the manager) called it a Labor Charge). Great place, will be back for future services. I came in to the store needing to buy a set of 4 tires. Went with the Wrangler ATA w/ Kevlar, freakin' awesome tires by the way! I did not expect the tires to be THAT quiet and comfortable, very surprised. As far as the shop goes, great guys, they really helped me choose the right tires for my truck, and at a really good price. One thing that really stood out was when the store manager went to take a look at my vehicle, he spotted that my passenger side sway bar link was broken. He asked me if I was hearing any clunking noise and sure as shit I told him, "yes I was," and he said, "yeah that's the what's causing the noise." The funny part is that literally 2 weeks ago I brought my truck to the dealership for regular maintenance and the dealer told me, "Your oil pan is leaking etc. etc." So I know they must have put it on the lift. But the dealer didn't spot the broken sway bar link...and its been making that clunking noise for the past month now.... SOOOOO definitely going to bring to back to this Just Tires to get it fixed. Absolute worst car experience ever. I went in for an oil change and got my car back 24 hours later. They stripped my oil drain plug and tried to blame it on another shop. They did agree to fix it, but never admitted it was their fault or apologized for the inconvenience. Later sat at the shop 2 hours waiting for what was supposed to be finished in 30 minutes without an update. The manager sat in the back the entire time, so I had to call the store for him to come out and ask what the plan was. He said the mechanics couldn't get the new part bolted in right and they'd have to keep trying in the morning. I had zero confidence they could do the job correctly. When I asked them to tow the car to a mechanic I trust they said absolutely not. Complete waste of time, terrible service, will never be back. read more

I visited Just Tires on Main Street in Wheaton on June 11. I had a screw in my left front tire and one in the right rear tire. One was fixable, one was not. The crew that was working between about 1-5 worked diligently on my car. A problem came up when they needed to remove one of the tires and found the stud holding the lug nut to be stripped. Since they did not have the part, I was able to go the dealership that did the last tire rotation and obtain the necessary parts. It turned out to be more than we all bargained for, but all was done well in the end. read more

I regularly get my oil changes and Uber and Lyft inspections done here due to location and convenience but I think I need to find a new place for a few reasons: 1. They have recently raised the prices for the oil changes. 2. Last time I came in for my yearly Uber/Lyft inspection they wanted to charge me double for the inspections, I informed them it's just one inspection and the forms are identical, your charging me twice to write the same information on another form? The guy working the front desk tells me but it's two different things, so I tell him that's fine, don't do both just do one and since they're both identical I used the one for both companies and it worked. 3. They're not punctual with appointments, I can understand 10 minutes here and there but they're regularly at least half an hour to 45 minutes behind, if they're not gonna keep the appointments what's the purpose of making one and having that option on their website? 4 . They stopped giving complimentary coffee. As I said before I need to find a new place and I recommend you do too. read more

Just Tire supposedly fixed a flat on our vehicle (that Discount Tire stated was unrepairable-should have listened to them). Within a week it was losing air again. They put a tire back on our vehicle that was unstable and dangerous, letting us believe it was properly fixed. We took the tire back to Just Tire for replacement and they would not credit the cost of the flat repair toward the purchase of a replacement tire. read more

If I could rate 0 stars, I would. I had an awful experience at this Just Tires. In early January, I went in and got all four tires on my car replaced. The next day I used my car, the TPMS Tire pressure sensor was already on saying my tire pressure was low. I went back in to Just Tires to see what was wrong. Their associate told me that it was just happening because of how cold it was outside and that everything was "within spec". I was not satisfied with that answer and told him that I would believe that if they all dropped a little bit, but one tire had dropped 15 PSI in a day and a half. He insisted that it was just because it was cold, and that the alignment was perfect. I then told him that I didn't care about the alignment, and that I just wanted him to check the one tire that I kept saying was low. His response: "Fine, I'll check the tire so you can get out of my shop" and as he was walking through the door from the customer waiting area back to the garage, he muttered (thinking I couldn't hear him) "Holy F**king Ret**d". I was shocked that this was the way they were treating a customer. I immediately asked for the email address/phone number of the manager and the corporate office. Since the manager was not in, I emailed him immediately. A few minutes later, the mechanic who had just told me that cold was causing the issue, comes back in the waiting area and says "Hey Buddy. Looks like a cracked valve stem is causing your issue. This being the tire he only checked because I insisted, and before had said this one was "within spec". Also, this on a two day old tire where this should've been at least checked if not replaced when I was in the shop days earlier. I called the corporate office the next day and filed a complaint, and now I sit here writing a review on yelp, because it has been more than a month with absolutely no response from the manager, and no resolution from corporate. Avoid this business unless you want to be disrespected, talked down to, and swindled out of money. read more

I have purchased two sets of tires from Just Tires in Wheaton. one for my car and one for my daughters. I found the staff very knowledgeable and professional. When my light on the dash indicated that indicated low tire pressure, I went to them and they tested all my tires. It turns out the spare tire was low. They would not accept any payment for their help. Just Tires was recommended to me initially by my master mechanic. I am glad I found them and will continue to deal with them as long as I need tires. read more

Just Tires in Wheaton are literally thieves that could endanger the life of your loved ones! My daughter's car had a sidewall puncture that could not be fixed, so I put on a full-sized spare that had never been used before (it still had vent spews and paint markings) and drove it the few blocks over to Just Tires on Main Street. The other tires were OK but to be extra safe I had them replace all four. Two weeks later she ran over a screw resulting in a slow leak. Again, Just Tires said it was unfixable. I was in a hurry, so I told them to throw on the spare. "The spare has a hole in the sidewall," they said. What??? it had only been driven for about three blocks EVER. I go and have a look, and what do I see? It's the old worn tire that my daughter put a hole in two weeks earlier. JUST TIRES OF WHEATON HAD STOLEN MY GOOD SPARE TIRE!!! Maybe they made a mistake I thought, but no...it was on the spare wheel. They literally took the time to take off my fresh spare and replace it with the damaged tire, probably thinking that with four new tires I wouldn't notice or remember its condition years later. "Why would we do that sir?" THAT'S A GREAT QUESTION! I doubt it's Just Tire's policy, I think they just probably have criminals working for them. The most distressing part of this is not the money, it's the fact that my daughter attends a college in a very rural area that involves driving through sparsely populated farm country for hours. What would have happened if she had a flat in the middle of nowhere without a spare? The manager was awful, even getting technical when I said it was a new tire "...you keep calling it "new" but that spare would be 14 years old and unsafe to drive on anyway!" I came to Just Tires in June because I had a flat tire. I ended up getting 4 new tires. In October, I had a nail in one tire, but it wasn't flat. They told me it could not be patched and I needed a whole new tire. I took it to a local garage, and they patched it. The tire has been fine ever since. In December, a different tire had low tire pressure. This one's tire pressure sensor was corroded and causing a slow leak. I will not be going back to Just Tires. read more

I went in for a basic oil change and was told I couldn't put the oil of my choice in my car but I'd have to get the twice the price synthetic oil change even though every other place has always put in what I want, including the dealership I bought the car from. read more
