They removed an old, detached muffler, heat shields that no longer comes on the new muffler assembly from the dealer due to the other heat shields already attached to the frame of the vehicle. The team could have recommended replacing the whole muffler or crafting custom shields because the others weren't available with the dealer anymore. We came in, and Ruben found out that the pipe connecting to the catalytic converter was messed up. He offered a reasonable price, fixed it in 30 minutes, and the problem was fixed!
