I've been there twice. I wasn't taken advantage of, the prices were in line and the service was good. Shifty mechanics are a thing, now more so than ever. It didn't happen here. I was also concerned about mistakes at my expense, another big deal. Perry was straight forward and knowledgeable. He runs a tight ship and this location is a respectable and honest. I went in because my ac wasn't blowing cold. They didn't immediately say the worst but instead attempted to correct the issues starting with the least expensive fix. This caused a significant oil leak that I only recently discovered, resulting in oil spread through the engine compartment and a large puddle on my garage floor. Unaware of the cause, I took my car immediately to my long-term mechanic. He replaced the washer with the proper part, cleaned up oil in the engine area, drained/saved what he could, topped it off, and charged a reasonable $146. YHS's error forced this urgent repair and need to clean my garage floor. I've contacted them three times requesting reimbursement for the repair and help cleaning my garage. There is still no response from owner Paul Garrett. Disappointing experience; hoping for resolution.
