We had a great time cruising down the river on the boat, and NO peddling is required! The boat fits 16 and we were comfortable with our group of 10. Our guides were awesome, blasted tunes for us and pointed out historical landmarks as we passed them on the river and gave us the history of those points. I looked at booking the larger pontoon saloon also, but ultimately I am VERY glad we went with River Queen instead. The saloon boat was jam packed with 3-4 different groups of 10+ people. If you are researching the boat club you will see the claims they make about nice fleets, availability, and fun. And guess what? They are ALL TRUE. (When was the last time you got everything you were promised from a business? It's rare people.) We enjoy having a fun, exciting boat every weekend (and during the week too!), it's so nice to not be pigeonholed into one type of boat. Pontoon this week? Sure. Wakeboard and surf next week? Sounds like a plan. And all the toys are included, top of the line surfboards, wakeboards, tubes, you name it. Just keep up with your reservations and you will always get what you want. We have never been lacking a boat when we wanted one. The fleet is very well maintained and the boats are really nice; Mastrcraft, Tige, Supra, etc. The staff is amazing, they are so nice in the office and on the docks! So helpful, patient, and kind. If you enjoy trailering a boat to the crowded boat ramp, putting it in, hoping it starts, leaving early because you need to get it back on the trailer, etc then this isn't for you. If you like to just show up and go, never worrying about maintenance or unscheduled repairs and expenses, then run, don't walk, to the boat club. I was visiting High Tide Rides on a bachelorette party and was super impressed with the experience…read more We were picked up promptly by one of the staff via their mini shuttle and the drive was about 40 minutes from the lake. Upon arrival our shuttle driver helped take our food and drinks over to the pontoon where we met our driver for the pontoon for the few hours we were out. We drove to a side of the lake where it was extremely quiet and peaceful as we anchored down for a little bit and took out our donuts and other water devices. Our pontoon driver was awesome and interactive, taking professional photos for us and engaging in great conversation. People in TN sure are way more friendly than in other places! We got back to shore safely and overall had an incredible experience. Ain't nothing like a day on a lake! Would definitely recommend if you're in the area!

I can't begin to explain how horrible our experience was with this business…read more Without boring you with the full story, I'll just summarize it by saying the woman was beyond rude, not able to be worked with at all. We were told we could not go out on the water due to the weather, so we asked about alternative dates. They would not let us book a holiday, refused to pay back the extra money we paid for the holiday we originally booked (MDW), and refused to answer the phone before it was all over. When asked for a refund, she yelled that I would have to dispute the charge on my credit card to get my money back. Truly the worst service I've ever received, ever. If you book with them, just hope everything goes perfectly and I can almost guarantee you'll still walk away saying how miserable the staff is here.

The owner is rude as can be. Screaming at us because we pulled into his unmarked parking area…read morewrong. We had a trailer and he said we were blocking his customers of which he had none. I did not read reviews before I went there and now I know why he had no customers. I think we dodged a bullet because a lot of reviews say he charges everyone for jet ski damage. I think he wanted to make the screaming match a physical altercation. He is old and cranky and needs to get out of working with the public. Hope you take my advice and find another jet ski rental business
