If I could leave one stars, I would. I signed up for their 3 week unlimited pass, which was advertised as $45 but I was charged $55, and I attended a live stream class. It was "ok." I signed up for another live stream class but ended up canceling as I didn't feel well. Well I received an email tonight saying they were charging me an additional $10!!!!!! for canceling the live stream class. OK, I get IN PERSON, they would charge a cancelation fee because it takes away a slot from another person, but their live steam slots are unlimited!!! I should have just kept myself registered or logged in. This is unbelievable, I have never heard of anything like this and I did NOT consent to my card to be charged and I will be disputing it with my credit card company and NOT returning for any more classes. Additionally, upon further research it looks like they charge you a "late cancel" fee for in-person classes after your second offense, so I still for the life of me cannot believe they fraudulently charged my card for a missed virtual class with unlimited slots. I'm livid. Buyer beware. read more

I LOVE Common Ground Yoga! I have been coming to Common Ground for years and this studio is my happy place. And I feel like it's one of the few non-heated yoga places in the area, which is important to me! I came as part of an unlimited trial with the intention of trying a few place's before settling on one, but never left. The instructors and the owner are welcoming and supportive. They are great with new students and old ones. Every one of the teachers encourage you to do what right for your bodies and not focus on what others are doing. The community is a group of people across all ages and abilities. Pre-pandemic, it was like my second home. During the pandemic it kept me sane as their virtual classes kept me connected with a wonderful community. Post pandemic remains amazing. I HIGHLY recommend this studio. read more

I've been going to Common Ground, the yoga studio formally known as Elements3, for the past couple months. This studio is a small little place with a lot of warmth. They have been the hub of my first experience with aerial yoga. I have never done aerial yoga and, to be honest, I'm not even that athletic all together. The teachers have all been encouraging about pushing yourself but not overwhelming with pushing you too hard. Hanging around in silks ain't easy and they take that into account! The pricing is pretty good, whether it's the monthly membership or the class pack (which let's you use classes on a kind of punch card basis). All scheduling is done online which is super convenient for spontaneous attendance. The only qualm is that the Monday aerial was moved to 7:30 instead of 6. 6 was the perfect after work workout (as I work down the street from Common Ground). I wish more varieties of levels of aerial was offered more often. That being said, if you're interested in living out your greatest trapeze dreams, give Common Ground a try. read more

I feel like all the classes I've taken here, maybe 5 or 6 in total were not so much yoga as "White 30 somethings bastardization of yoga served up with a background in group aerobics for moms!" I think everyone who works here should take class at Down Under Yoga in Newton or Kripalu and listen to how the teachers lead those classes. Please, for the love of God, I do NOT want to listen to Shawn Mendez and Justin Bieber and country music while trying to vinyasa and connect mind and body. I want to challenge myself and the classes with blasting pop and minimal insight from teachers going through the giggling motions made me walk out more than once. I will keep looking. read more

I took the introductory pass and tried out different classes (both mat and aerial) with different instructors. I must say I enjoyed every single one of them. They make me want to continue doing yoga and I am definitely signing up for more classes. It's such a peaceful environment and the people are really nice and fun. I was looking for a non heated yoga studio in the natick framingham area and found elements yoga. So far I've taken yin and flow yoga and love it. Yin was new to me and I loved the instructor, the vibe, energy, and how good I felt afterwards. It was more of a meditative form of yoga. The studio is nice and there is plenty of parking since they share a parking lot with the Edgell Rd building businesses. There was no changing room which surprised me since I'm used to dedicated changing rooms in yoga studios. It's not too inconvenient though because there are bathrooms. I'd recommend this yoga studio to anyone looking for non heated yoga. read more

I just love this studio. Just like the other reviews say, there is a very warm, friendly, positive feeling at this studio. There is no emphasis put on level, and everyone is treated very equally. There are all different types of yoga to try, including aerial. They also offer cool workshops. Logistically, there is plenty of parking, it's conveniently right off Rt 9, the price is very reasonable, and the online scheduling is super easy. The studio is beautiful, the people are incredibly nice (and it's clear they know what they're doing), they offer a good range of class styles and a great schedule (including a few weeknight classes for those of us who don't get out of work at 5), and prices are great. Of the half-dozen or so studios I've tried in MetroWest, Elements3 is at the top of the list. The only "bad" thing is the fact that the instructors are very easy on the eyes. (Which obviously has nothing to do with the quality of their instruction or knowledge, but it doesn't hurt.) Recently started taking yoga classes, and I'm glad I chose elements3 as my yoga studio. Classes are great. Instructors are amazing as well. Great for all levels. Encouraged to go at your own pace, and different poses can be modified for more advanced "yogis". the studio has two different rooms and both are always clean. I am wired so tight in my hips and feel like elements 3 helps me stretch and improve. I'm likely the least flexible in the class but it's not an issue and I feel comfortable and supported by the teacher at key times. Like getting into pigeon....absolutely impossible for me without lots of props and help. Erica is my favorite for flow and yin. Not too spiritual and yoga talk which I like. Always feel so good and highly recommend for the beautiful and calming environment that really gets you out of your regular work day zone. read more

Decent Ariel yoga class, HORRIBLE customer service, trying to put this as short and sweet as possible. I had some co-workers and I wanted to try out Ariel Yoga, we decided on Elements 3 Yoga, the Basics class was booked so we decided to try a Private class, I noticed there was a groupon. I was told Groupon's do not cover private classes because the Private class has to be w/ 1 form of payment for all 4 of us. We went to the private class and it turned out to NOT be private at all, seeing as the instructor allowed two random people join the class with us as well. That was a bit discouraging. THE NEXT DAY I purchased the groupon, I Emailed to set up to have this groupon redeemed so I could register for the level 1 class before it filled up. She redeemed the groupon, I registered for my first class using the groupon, and then a couple hours later received an email stating I could not use the groupon! "I'm so sorry but groupon's are only for brand new students who have never been to elements3 before" the "fine print" on the groupon DOES NOT state that! It states "Not valid for current aerial yoga students" this was a misunderstanding because I did NOT consider myself a current student since I had only been ONCE! I stated my dissatisfaction I could not use the Groupon BEFORE my private class and I could not use my Groupon AFTER my private class?!?!? There was a bit of back and forth. Three choices I Suggested, 1) refund me for my portion of the "private class" (that wasn't even really private) and use it as my 1st groupon class, 2) Let me just use the groupon since you have ALREADY REDEEMED it, which was YOUR EMPLOYEES MISTAKE! Or 3) Refund my money. I expected by this point they would let me know that's not how they usually run their business but due to the misunderstanding they could let it slide. Then the "MANAGER" called me "to work something out to make everyone happy", I called back it went STRAIGHT to voicemail and then immediately hung up on me. I COULD NOT LEAVE A VOICEMAIL!?!? They pushed me 4x to upgrade to their $75 (5) class package which was the same I was trying to get on Groupon but for $30 more. They even went so far as to manipulate my account to make it seem as if the Groupon hadn't caused an issue. "We do have that new student special 5 classes for $75" "The 5 pack for $75 is still a great deal" "Either the 5 pack for $75 or a single drop in aerial class which is $25" "You can use the $44 credit towards the New Student 5-Pack we offer if you still would like" So once again I asked for my money back. I get this as a response "As for getting your money back from groupon, I don't know what to do about this exactly, as we've never encounter this situation before." So they didn't know how to refund someone's credit card? The manager was out of the country and emailed me to see if I was satisfied with the answers I was getting from her Employee, I stated my concerns with the manager. And didn't hear anything back until a week later after my "free" class. I went to my "Free" class, the employee asked me at that point if I knew what I wanted to do with my $44 I told her I was waiting to hear from the manager and we left it at that. When the manager FINALLY writes me back 3 days after my "free class" "I think everything is worked out now?" UM NO! NOT AT ALL! She did NOT respond to my concerns at all! I had stated the three options above and she did not even address them. She wanted to ignore the situation like it never even happened! I have used a groupon after the first trial class MULTIPLE times before, I was unaware of anyone running their business like this! I was sick of their Poor Customer service at this point. I feel like they use groupon to make it look like they are offering a good deal and then use every reason possible to get people to pay more. I feel like they scammed me. Their clients actually walk into my place of employment QUITE OFTEN and I will be sharing my experience with every single one of them, absolutely horrible! Then on top of that, the 2 classes I actually did attend, their silks are SO CLOSE together I was constantly worrying about if I was going to hit the person in front or in back of me and there was NO time to actually work out and relax! read more

A wonderful space with an incredibly diverse range of classes. Taoist yoga is unique and a breath of fresh air for those who want an energy based mindful class without the strict regime of a vinyasa. Aerial yoga is another class that's out of this world. I highly recommend Elements 3! read more

I just went to Elements for the first time this week and I had the best time. I've been to a lot of yoga studios (because I've moved a lot) and some of them are better than others. This one is great! If I'm paying for a class I want to make sure I'm doing the work correctly and they were great (my teacher's name was Laura) about making sure I was positioned correctly without saying I was doing something wrong. I loved the energy of the teacher and the class. I met the owner, Andrew, after the class and he was equally as pleasant and threw in a free aerial yoga trial class with my unlimited month that I purchased. I can't say enough wonderful things about elements3 yoga! Going to this studio has quite literally changed my life. I was struggling with severe anxiety, and nothing I tried to alleviate it worked... and I tried everything! Taoist classes with both Andrew and Steph were so helpful in quieting my mind. I haven't been able to take classes in quite some time, and I really need to get back there, but continuing to practice at home paired with going to Laura Mayhew's crystal bowl meditations at Elements3, have kept my anxiety at bay. I've taken a few classes here & I love the space, but there is something about the vibe that is off. It seems management is really uptight and it shows in the teachers. One time we were in the middle of a class and one of the owners got snippy to our teacher because she forgot to lock the outside door. Eye roll, attitude, that kind of thing. Kind of throws off the peaceful vibe. This place used to be great last year, not sure what happened but it is not good. read more

Elements is not like any other yoga studio I've been to- and I have tried many in the area. I have finally found a yoga studio I can call home! First and foremost I love the staff. Everyone is wonderful, talented, friendly and encouraging. They are so passionate about what they do and really care about working with you in your practice- keeping you safe and helping you grow to be stronger and more mindful. They also share their experiences, songs, mantras and touch to make each time special. Now for the classes...there are such great options for everyone and you feel comfortable no matter what your level. What I love most are that the classes are beautifully planned to offer an opportunity to learn something new each time. Whether it be a breathing exercise or a new pose- you always feel like there's a new experience waiting for you. It keeps things exciting, fun and really gives you an opportunity to expand your abilities in your yoga practice. The teachers also take the time to explain why you're doing a pose, how to safely get into a pose or the variation options as you gain experience so you can see what poses you can work towards. Overall, I love the warmth of the studio. It is full of positivity, great energy and great people! read more

This was my first yoga class since high school and I LOVED it. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming from the get-go, I felt very comfortable in a new place trying a new activity with all new people. They made me feel like I'd been there before. It also smelled really nice in there! The whole atmosphere is VERY relaxed and "zen," so much different than other maybe "gym" or health club yogas you might have taken. I took the Taoist Yoga and it was very relaxed yet challenging enough for someone moderately active. I'll be back! read more

This is a wonderful place. There are at least four styles of yoga taught --- Yin, Flow, Aerial and Taoist.taoist yoga is a physical/ meditative practice that has an emphasis on breathing and the mindfulness of breathing; Yin is a fairly slow practice that works on stretching out the body; flow is the most rigorous of the practices that employs more of the standard poses of yoga. I have not done Aerial -- it takes place in cloth slings about four feet off the ground. It looks like flying and the people who take seem to get addicted to it. It's a studio that has great teachers and attracts quality people as students. In two years I have enjoyed everyone I have come in contact with. I can't recommend it highly enough. read more

I recently decided to give yoga another try (I went to several classes about a year ago, but didn't stick with it, and always felt out of place there). But, after struggling with multiple sports injuries over the course of the last year due to muscle tightness, I know that yoga is the way I'm going to improve my flexibility and strength, and prevent future injuries. Elements 3 is a new studio right down the street from my house, near Framingham State, and conveniently located off Route 9. The prices are reasonable (first class is only $5, and they have a Groupon deal too to get you started), and all of the instructors have been great so far! I'm still just starting out, but I've taken classes with Andrew, Stephanie, and Spencer, and they have all been different but amazing. This is a supportive, caring, and anxiety-free environment that I would recommend for anyone that is new to yoga. read more
