I signed up for another live stream class but ended up canceling as I didn't feel well. Well I received an email tonight saying they were charging me an additional $10!!!!!! for canceling the live stream class. OK, I get IN PERSON, they would charge a cancelation fee because it takes away a slot from another person, but their live steam slots are unlimited!!! I should have just kept myself registered or logged in. This is unbelievable, I have never heard of anything like this and I did NOT consent to my card to be charged and I will be disputing it with my credit card company and NOT returning for any more classes. Additionally, upon further research it looks like they charge you a "late cancel" fee for in-person classes after your second offense, so I still for the life of me cannot believe they fraudulently charged my card for a missed virtual class with unlimited slots. I'm livid. Buyer beware.

And I feel like it's one of the few non-heated yoga places in the area, which is important to me! I came as part of an unlimited trial with the intention of trying a few place's before settling on one, but never left. The instructors and the owner are welcoming and supportive. They are great with new students and old ones. Every one of the teachers encourage you to do what right for your bodies and not focus on what others are doing. The community is a group of people across all ages and abilities. Pre-pandemic, it was like my second home. During the pandemic it kept me sane as their virtual classes kept me connected with a wonderful community. Post pandemic remains amazing. I HIGHLY recommend this studio.

I love that the instructor started the class with a wonderful affirmation from a new book. Her intention for the class stuck with me throughout the entire day - I feel that so often I attend a yoga class and the focus shifts entirely to just the physical aspect of yoga, and not enough to the meditative state, but this class was the perfect example of both. I also loved the for the warm vinyasa flow, the instructor guided us through some pose options that were not super typical, giving the class a great twist with new energy. If I lived closer I would definitely be returning!!

What a great class, and great group of people! I'm Kripalu-trained and observed that the class met individual students where they were at. Her instruction was safe and thorough, offering variations based on what students were looking for. Props are available and encouraged. As a super bendy person, I really really really like blocks and straps! The space was unassuming, after all it is in a martial arts space -- but yoga is anywhere, it's not just a bamboo-floor/buddha statue experience, and I value how welcoming, comfortable and compassionate this class was. If I lived closer, I would definitely attend classes regularly. This is not power yoga, however as a teacher if there's one thing I've noticed is that the power-flow-hot-'type-A' yogis are challenged by gentler, more meditative classes (that don't do the same flow every time), because these types (with all due respect) want to go-go-go and feel they aren't benefitting without a sweat and shaking-aching muscles. So to all those power yoga practitioners out there, you'll expand your vinyasa practice if you throw some of these classes into the mix. Plus, you can work your mula bandha as hard as you want, no one will know the difference :) Here, you do get challenge, with a dose of understanding how the mind comes into practice, and that touching your toes or perfecting that arm balance is not the goal of yoga. It may be a happy by-product, but when you consider how postures are 1/8th of the full practice of yoga, it's worth considering your aims. Those impressive postures are not the only way to strengthen your _core_. So come hang out in Hudson with a diverse, friendly group of people. I whole-heartedly recommend this studio. Namaste

I opted for the salt room which was a cool experience. The lounge is nice as well, music is very peaceful and thoughtful to put out tea and water. The hot tub outside looked well maintained. Locker rooms were such a nice touch. It's clear a lot of thought went into designing a full wellness facility. I would rate my prenatal massage very differently. More like a 3/5 which was surprising to me as I've had 10 prenatal massages total and for $160/60min, that's by far the steepest I've ever paid and walked away with a few new pains in my shoulders and back :( I'm sad about that but again, facility is great.
