As soon as you sign your lease, he will be impossible to reach. He has no office. He has been sued by previous employees. He will be utterly negligent in maintaining the property and will scam you out of your security deposit. In our case, he was fired by the owner of the house we rented, in the middle of our lease. There were several problems on our lease - misspellings, wrong dates, and a clause that said "no pets". When I brought this up to Frank, he said not to worry about it, since our pet was on our application and was approved. Then after he was fired a new manager came in and threatened us with eviction because of our dog. Frank refused to make things right by writing us a letter, admitting his oversight, so that we could defend ourselves.
