Getting timely answers instead of waiting without phone service during the work day - or any time there is ANY issue with the phone. Waiting is the death of sales, and our business needs sales to pay your service bill. The phone is the business lifeline. If I wanted to use my personal cell phone for a business line I would set it up that way. However, I want a land line that works consistently and a service provider that answers the phone when something is wrong. That is not what I get here.

We contacted the company, and they located and confirmed that they received the check and that the funds were deposited into their account. Despite acknowledging that they had the check and the funds, they have since stopped responding and have not returned the funds. This has been an ongoing issue for months and has required significant time and effort to try to resolve. We have repeatedly reached out asking for the funds to be returned, but Unified Global Solutions has now completely ghosted us. We are still out the funds and have had to pursue the matter through other channels. Based on our experience, I would not recommend doing business with this company.

1/5 -- Extremely frustrating experience…read more My Frontier internet went down around 1 PM and has now been out for over 9 hours. I work from home, so this outage caused me to lose 4 hours of PTO and I may now have to drive into the office tomorrow because my service still isn't working. What makes this even more frustrating is the complete lack of accurate communication. I tried contacting support and waited forever without getting connected to anyone. I also tried their outage text service and received no useful response. Then, when I finally got Frontier's online outage checker to work, it told me "Outage resolved in your area" with a resolution time of 12:00 AM on August 20 -- even though my internet didn't go out until approximately 1 PM on August 20 and it is STILL not working. I understand that outages happen. What I don't understand is leaving customers without service for hours while providing inaccurate information and making it incredibly difficult to get an actual update or speak with someone. For a service that people rely on to work from home, this has been incredibly disappointing. Frontier needs to do a much better job communicating with customers during outages and providing accurate restoration information.
