They were also nice enough to give us a tour of the inside of the life center. I think this center is so awesome in the fact that they support the local community who experience hardships from divorce, health issues, job loss, the pandemic, etc. They use a holistic approach over a one year period to provide assist and help you with a plan. They offer food programs, bill assistance and clothing. They do have a drive thru food pantry and financial assistant for rent and utility bills for permanent residents of Coweta and Fayette counties. They help families save around $9k a year which is amazing. They have the most organized clothing area and food pantry, you can also volunteer in the food pantry. This center also provides cooking classes and they teach you different recipes that you can use for the fruit and vegetables they provide. They do have other fruits that you can pick and they also have a garden. This was a great experience and I was more than happy to volunteer for this community.

I gave Ms. Monica all the information she requested a week before I arrived at the daycare. She was very loving and helpful. When I arrived at Royal Learner's, I did not get a warm welcome and the Director Rhonda was rude. She couldn't find the paperwork that I'd submitted to Ms. Monica. To make a long story short, I didn't have a great first impression. A few weeks ago, my child was pushed in the back and fell face forward on the floor. I didn't receive a phone call about this incident. I walked in while the Director was trying to console him. His nose was bleeding and he was crying hysterically. The teacher and the Director didn't even tell me what happened right away. Another parent that was picking up their child told me what happened. Afterwards, the teacher came with the incident report trying to explain what happened. Almost 4 weeks later, the Director nor the teacher has yet to ask me if my child's nose is okay! He walked around with a bruised nose for a week! The parent who witnessed the incident is the only person that has asked me about my child's nose. Along with the Director, the staff doesn't always speak when I come in to drop off or pick up my child. Camera 12 has been out for 15 days now. That's a service that I pay for and need because I don't have a peace of mind while my child is in daycare. I am looking forward to moving him soon!

First of all my 4 year olds teachers, classroom and environment are high above my expectations. My 4 year old loves going to school and really enjoys his teacher and Latrinda. The school provides a wholesome breakfast lunch and snack for the kids. They have cameras in all their rooms where you can watch the kids and I really like the girls who watch my now 11 month old son. It's been a few months since I've had my kids going there and I always pick my kids up and think Thank God I found Royal learners for my kids I couldn't be happier!

The manager, Renee, was off work and her replacement could not answer any questions about the T V that had an illegible note on it that read. "a pink line is running down the side of the screen." Other than that problem, there was no other indication of any technological issues with the T V, which made it seem like a good deal. In the store, it was hooked up to a DVD player that was playing a movie. After purchasing the television, I took it home and connected it to my cable, but to my consternation, the picture did not show. I called Amazon support for assistance; however, they were not able to get the picture to display, which they surmised was due to the television not receiving the signal. On Sept. 7, 2021, after Labor Day, I went into the Goodwill store and spoke with the manager, Renee, requesting a refund, for a TV they put on the shelf that was not working, but she flatly refused, stating it's against store policy to give refunds for electronic purchases. Renee directed me to call Goodwill's Corporate office. Needless to say, that was to no avail. My experience at this Goodwill was unfair and their policy is not good customer service or ethical business practices.
