They decide to do the transition around the first of the month while I have bills (mortgage, etc) and a lot of money to move around. Doing a transition that locks members out on the first of the month is extremely stupid, then they didn't even transfer my correct information so I had no way to verify my account on the new app on August 3rd after being locked out for 3 days because they only had one way to verify my identity which was a phone number I haven't used in 9 years! No other way to verify like email, social security number, old account number, or password. Nope! So I call their customer disservice line to get access to my account. After being on hold for 20 minutes the CACU representative have no idea how to help me, he didn't know a single thing, I asked to get access and he said a representative will call me in about TWO business days, TWO business DAYS! Are they insane?!?! Well, I'm writing this two business days later and STILL NOTHING! No calls or emails from them. I can't even pay my Visa credit card on time. I asked him if the checks I've been writing will bounce, HE DIDN'T KNOW EITHER! And he couldn't care any less about my concerns. I tried to get these issues escalated, he wouldn't offer that. To my surprise I heard back the same day of my loan pre-approval and then submitted further paperwork for full approval. This was done in 2 days and I appreciated the quick turnaround so much as I had a deadline and also so many other work deadlines. I'm grateful to Mike and appreciate the easy no hassle way of getting a loan. I went in and all the paperwork was done within 1 hours, received the check the same day, drove it to dealership the same day and got everything accomplished quick.
