My wife and I stopped by this Well Fargo Bank since it was on our way back home and this is my wife bank. We used the drive thru ATM since the bank is closed on a Saturday and I never trust the outdoor ATM. This location ATM is also facing the street and doesn't have any privacy screen on the pin pad or screen so that's never ideal. Getting to this bank if you're coming from the freeway can be tricky because you'll have to turn at a vacant place next door to get around to go to the drive thru lane. The opening facing San Fernando Road is an exit only for the people using the drive thru ATM. We didn't have any issues while here. read more

I don't understand why there are always long lines when I visit. You would expect that entrusting a financial institution with our hard-earned money would make things smoother, but that's not the case here. While I didn't need to see a teller, I do have restrictions on my card, such as maintaining a $300 withdrawal limit at the ATM in case of any potential risks. It's Burbank, but still... Personally, I believe customers shouldn't have to wait as long as they did for service. With only 2 tellers and 10 customers waiting, it took me around 3-5 minutes to get approval for my in-bank cash withdrawal. I found it odd that my ID was taken (sus) when other branches use tablets for approval. It made me feel uneasy. If you are thinking about Wells Fargo, explore other banking options and consider your choices. Customers who deposit their money deserve better service. Despite being linked to someone on the account, I am contemplating switching to a credit union. read more

TL:DR - lots of parking, terrible service There is ample parking in the back and despite it being empty most of the time, when you walk in there will ALWAYS be a 30min wait to meet with anyone. I don't know what it is about this location but there is always a long line. And God forbid you actually have to do business transactions there is never a banker avaliable to do them. I have come by during business hours during the week multiple times and have found there are no bankers that are capable of doing business transactions. They tell you to schedule an appointment, but what about things that need to get sent out immediately. Like what service do you actually provide at the bank?!?! If you don't already have one, you should be using a credit union. They provide better rates and the service is top notch. If it weren't foe the fact that wells fargo is such a behemoth of a business I'd probably ditch them. read more

Every time I go to this drive thru ATM I wonder what the point of this branch having a drive thru ATM is. Every time I go to use these ATMs they are always out of order. It's just an inconvenience to have to then go around and park the car to walk up to the ATM. The Inside barely has any tellers and the line will always be long. Prepare to spend a lot of time here if you're banking inside. The tellers are super nice, but Wells Fargo needs to hire more tellers and need to make sure their ATMs are working. read more

I arrived at exactly 5:00 pm and they let a guy just as they were closing but they didn't let me in and I was right next to him., as I was Ginny to walk in they told me were closed but they let the other guy in.when I said how come you let him in she rolled her eyes at me and locked door. Really a terrible experience today at WF. I came to this location after stopping in Glendale first, seeing a huge line outside and no umbrellas or shade. I arrived here to see another long line waiting outside but at least there was shade so I stood in line. I should add the only reason I had to go inside the bank was a customer who's also a WF customer signed the check and the "y" in her signature obscured one of the numbers on the bottom of the check but only slightly. This is the second time this has happened with a customer but never with any other bank, just WF. The ATM wouldn't accept it and said "contact the issuer of the check." Embarrassed last time I wouldn't make that mistake this time. So I wait 10+ minutes in line outside when security tells me I can enter. When I get in the bank I nearly walked out after seeing the huge line inside. 3 tellers, all of whom are taking forever with each customer. When it's finally my turn the teller takes forever. Since my customers are all affluent I finally asked is there a problem with the check? You're an LLC right he asks. Yes, and? We have to deposit the check then cash it. Yeah I knew that, why did it take you nearly 5 minutes to come to that conclusion? No, I'll avoid this bank like the plague in the future. Can they not get 1-2 more tellers? read more

I've been with this bank for decades and am so disappointed in how bad it has become. The bankers are so rude, there's no customer service and the managers just don't care. You need to make an appointment for simple matters and when we wanted to open a new account, they acted irritated and told us to make an appointment. When we tried to call, no one answers. They told us to do everything online which we did not want to do as we had questions. Do not bank here. We are moving all of our accounts elsewhere. read more

Not only I waited for one hour in line but I witnessed how Mr. David Petrosian was helping people that were not in line, Or people behind me is it because they were arminian or because they were friends? Then a persone behind me asked if he can help him as he sees david helping this people and Mr. Petrosyan said " stay in line the we will help you" needless to say this persone WAS NOT ARMINIAN. During COVID we have to keep our distance but why can't the security guard that stays outside only give the guest 1-2 feet of room to enter the bank. It's uncomfortable and unfortunate to have this at this location because the tellers are absolutely amazing. Just need nicer security that actually does something? maybe open doors or welcome people. The WF Branch (900 San Fernando Blvd, Burbank) is large, and normally has a friendly, helpful staff. But I had an issue with a bank fee charge due to a WF check reader mis-reading the numbers on the check, claiming it was a closed account, and then charging me a fee. I returned to this branch 3 different times over 2 weeks to help get the situation resolved with Managers or Assistant Managers. While friendly, no one could assist me satisfactorily. There was lots of blame for the check issuer, the other bank, etc. but no resolution, no refund of fees. Today I went to the WF Branch (250 E. Olive, Burbank) and the issue was resolved in 10 minutes without question. While the parking can be a challenge here, it is worth the effort for the extra effort they give to their customers. With all the drama in the news about WF frauds, scandals, etc, I would expect more from every WF branch. I get more from Olive, but I don't think I want to return to San Fernando anymore. Also, they have installed 2 automated tellers inside the branch. While some might see this as a convenience for customers, I see this as WF taking away 2 jobs from potential tellers to save money. read more

There's usually a massive outdoor line to get in, which makes sense in the current situation, but the security guard in charge of the line is super annoying (always on his phone full volume) only paying attention to bark orders at the line). One of the worst Wells Fargo locations. Wells Fargo never disappoints when it comes to thievery. Went inside the bank to cash a check and deposit it so I can have access to my funds. I come to pay my bills and I see that it is not available. I call them and after the 12th call they said my check will be available on Tuesday (I deposited my check on Saturday morning). $2000 interest free money for Wells Fargo. Well done. Very rude and horrible service by the personal banker. I went today to take care of some of my credit card matter and the banker was impolite and did not acknowledge my concern at all. He didn't take the time to take my information and ID and pull my account in regards to some of my credit card matter. I was instructed by the customer service team from the phone to take care of this matter in the branch to troubleshoot it and to identify myself. Horrible, horrible experience and never expected this from Well Fargo. I have multiple banks and by far chase that is across from this branch is 100x better in providing the great service that customers should receive. This review is for the parking and ATM drive-thru. The parking closest to the ATM side is angled pretty bad. So those that have problems getting in and out of a high car (or whatever) may want to use the main parking area. Though there is only ONE way to get in and that's from the street. Most of the time a parking spot can be found, but it can be hell during the time the school lets everyone out. Then again that whole area gets crazy at that time.
