They Care About Money, Not People -- Save yourself and stay Away from This Gym…read moreIf you're thinking of joining this place, please read my story on how they took my money and be extra careful before you sign the contract because once they have your money, they won't care about you at all I can't express how frustrating and disheartening my experience with has been. When my wife signed up for a membership, she was hesitant because of her health concerns. But the staff pressured her into making a quick decision, assuring her there was a 30-day refund policy if it didn't work out. She trusted them and signed a 10-page contract that they didn't even give her enough time to properly review. Fast forward a few days, the program turned out to be unsuitable for her health, causing physical discomfort. Naturally, we asked for a refund--only to be met with a flat-out refusal. Their excuse? "It's in the contract." It's infuriating that they're hiding behind some cleverly worded fine print, all while ignoring the fact that we were told something completely different at the time of signing. There front desk are the ones who said "You have 30 days to decide". We tried explaining our situation multiple times, thinking they'd show some understanding or basic decency. But their response was basically, "too bad--you signed, so forget about the money." How is that fair? A gym should care about the well-being of its members, not just lock them into contracts and take their money without delivering a service. You took my hard earned money (around $950) just like that. It may not be big amount for you but for us its a huge chunk of our monthly income. I have nothing against the gym itself, but the way they've handled this situation is just wrong. They didn't even consider my wife's health concerns or the fact that their program wasn't working for her. Instead, they chose to exploit a technicality to hold on to our money. At this point, we feel completely betrayed and have no choice but to take legal action. It's disappointing and exhausting to deal with a business that treats people like this. If you're thinking of joining, please be careful. Read every single word of their contract (even if they rush you), because once they have your money, they won't care about you at all.

When I met Frank, I was in severe pain, afraid that my dental career was going to be prematurely…read moreended from my back injury. Surgery was an option that all of my holistic friends felt was a bad decision, with risks and possible complications besides more time away from work and still more healing. But who could show me the other way? My personal doctor connected me with his physical therapist, who worked closely with Frank to help other people in my situation, and so I looked forward to working through my fears and pain, with Frank. WITHOUT SURGERY, I am stronger and more confident than I was before the injury 24 months ago, and now healthier at the age of 55. A weight routine does not concern me, nor my cardiologist and internist because we all know that Frank is monitoring what I do, in a way that gives me the most benefit, with the least risk of further injury. Each time I go home feeling good, not in pain for the next few days, and I still make significant progress, even more than my friends that do not work out with a trainer, but work out more often. He's my guide, coach, support, and now my friend. I could not do this without him, and that's why I recommend him to all of my friends, and especially other dentists, before they are injured. I recommend prevention over repair, and with Frank, the healing is even better than the health I had before the repair was needed. Either way, go and see what he can do for you. I've belonged to a lot of gyms and this Life Time is the best. It's like a fitness resort! There's…read moresomething for everyone here, and fitness equipment I've never seen before. There are numerous classes that are serious workouts. Yoga, hot yoga, stretch, etc. I'm not a swimmer, but if I was I think the swim facilities are second to none, both indoors and outdoors. The outdoor pool is awesome, and will serve adult beverages, which is a nice option. There's steam, sauna, whirlpool, and a clean and well stocked locker room. I joined as soon as I could and was there on day one. Love this place! Finally, shout out to Courtney, who is always there with a smile and exuberant hello.

I love the group fitness classes and I love that you reserve your spot in advance. They also just started a new Core Tone Reform class with reformers for regular members, and that class kicks your butt! I also really enjoy the sauna, steam room, and jacuzzis. Another benefit is the kids membership. My stepdaughter loves coming to the kids club for gymnastics, rock climbing, yoga, and more. I know that she is having fun while I'm doing a class. They have Parents Night Out on the weekends and that's such a nice perk! There's also day camps, which has saved us a few times when we needed child care during a school break. The pool is also wonderful in the summertime. The cafe food is average. I'd love it if the quality was amped up just a bit. The only thing I really ever get is the vegan PB& B shake. It's delicious! It has peanut butter, banana, cafe mocha greens, almond milk, and vegan protein powder. I haven't been to the salon yet, but it's great that this is an option. Overall, I love this gym and I would go every day if I could.
