As I later told my wife, a completely clean car feels at least 20% faster and more agile. You might just chalk that up to my Y chromosome, and I get it, but the fact is that the car feels exactly like it did the day I bought it. Brett and the team deservedly took pride in the great and comfortable environment they provide for both customers and their cars. The interior was spotless and devoid of any evidence that we took my in-laws' shed-happy Golden Retriever for a ride last week. The exterior was spotless and devoid of any evidence of the immense amount of brake dust that had built up on the wheels. All that for a completely reasonable price. Maybe it was because my car was only nominally dirty and not a complete mess, but they beat their time estimate considerably. Other customers were waiting in the parking lot. The whole staff showed up 45 mins late. It is sketchy that the whole staff showed up all at the same time, literally at 8:45 I understand delays with snow but I have higher expectations. Contacting customers the day before or the morning of, informing them of the delay would be professional. The manager was not very apologetic and didn't t take my time seriously. More professionalism is expected and required. The waiting area also needs a cleaning. The lack of cleanliness and professionalism are a reflection of management.
