This is the 2025 November update. The doctors are always in such rush act they are working for the COS. The pharmaceutical inside has brand and bad quality medication, medication required sent to CVS are often forget to submit the prescription or missing one or two medications, this has always in that situation not just once or twice. Staffs are rude and untrained properly. New faces every time walk in, young girls have perfect make up with bad attitude act like they are bothered bit** they needed to be reminded this is a neighborhood clinic meant to heal. The doctors are always in a rush, everyone's very judging and cold. Waiting time are along. Good location. I wish there's another business near this location to crashed them down for the neighborhood people who needs to get well. read more

My experience here was great. First, glad there was someplace open nearby to be seen. I was seen right away for my injury. Doctor and staff were both super nice and friendly and pleasant. Pharmacy was attached in the same building which was really convenient. Pharmacist was also very friendly and prescription was filled in 5 minutes while I waited. No complaints about anything. Absolutely the worst urgent care you can possibly go to. These people mixed up me and my fiancés results, gave me the wrong medication, doctors are bad vets at best. They don't care about your health, they care about your money. I would go to the homeless shelter for medical care before I came to this place ever again. And the pharmacy is corrupt. They give you as much medicine as they possibly can even Tylenol and ibuprofen every visit so they can bill your insurance. Corrupt and crooked place. Needs to be shut down. I would not ever come back here.. went in for a rash, they took a blood sample while there.. they said they call in a few days, never received a call.. called them and they had no idea what I was talking about.. furthermore, I paid 50$ copay at time of service.. days later got a text saying I owed 50$.. emailed them saying I paid at time of service and why was I being charged again, they emailed back and said my account is now at 0$.. be careful because I'm sure people just pay when they get the text.. their whole system seems broke.. oh yeah, they prescribed me anxiety medication FOR A RASH... read more

They are really great with kids, and they are fast and great with adults too! We are so lucky to have such an awesome urgent care so close!

this place is gross blood and other bodily fluids on the floor also left in a room for over an hour and nothing was said to me still after being there for more than an hour. they have poor care and they talk about you like you can't hear them. read more

This urgent care is quick and so kind. I've gone about three times now for various reasons and the staff is amazing. Doctor is attentive and actually listens to you. Needed to get some blood tests done. I saw online that this location offered this service. To be safe, I called ahead to make sure they did in fact do blood tests and take my insurance. She said yes to both. Being on top of things, I let them know that I would be there within the hour and that my doctor had just sent over the labs. An hour later, I arrive and kindly fill in the lady at the desk. After some time waiting, I was called up back up to the desk and told that someone in their office must have shredded the labs before I arrived.... Yes, you heard that correctly. I just spent about 15 more minutes calling back my doctor to have them resend the labs to the urgent care. She printed them, took my insurance, and then I was brought back. During the appointment, I was asked to pee in a cup. I walked down the hall to the bathroom, completed the urinalysis, and went back towards my room. The doors in the hallway were all closed and I did not remember which room I was in, so I asked someone behind the desk who then asked for my name. She quick told me "room 3" and went back to talking to the others. I went into room 3 and a different patient was sitting in the room waiting for the doctor! I quick closed the door and the lady said "oops, actually room 5". I was mortified. I left when my appointment was over. Later, I receive a $296 bill in the mail for the labs. After many headaches, it was discovered that the Urgent Care never sent in my insurance with the labs. My insurance company even tried calling the urgent care and was hung up after being on hold for an hour. In short, not every place is perfect. Use your best judgement but I'd recommend taking your chances anywhere else. read more

Do not come here. Do not come here. The facility is friendly but their conduct during this pandemic is SO risky. First time I came here I had scabies. They were doing car only corona testing. They had me wait on the CLOTH waiting room chairs. Scabies are infectious skin burrowing mites. They easily could've gone into the chair and infected someone else. Then it took at least 2 and a half HOURS when i got into the exam room to be seen. Then it was over in 5 minutes because she looks at me, goes "yep that's scabies" and says all the stuff i already knew from online. It took 3 hours to see a doctor for what could've been dealt with at a quick glance and 5 minutes of writing up. Now for the second time. This is where it gets REALLY risky with corona. So i have a UTI. Battery acid level UTI. I call ahead and they say I can be seen instantly- the only reason I came back. What they did NOT mention was that there was over a DOZEN people inside and outside the facility that were there for in PERSON corona testing. So these people all suspected they had corona and they were CROWDING the enterance and INSIDE the waiting room. I had a full blown anxiety attack and cried in front of the doctor. It gets worse too. So doctor sees me, is nice and all, left my pee sample, got a blood test while I was there. She sends a guy in to do my bloodwork. Now for absolutely NO REASON this man decided that he was gonna move me from my exam room to the back to do my blood drawing. The SAME back room where they were OPENLY DOING CORONA TESTING. mans was about to create an open wound on me in a room where suspected corona people were taking off their mask. Hell no. I see this when we are halfway down the hall and go "we aren't going in /there/ are we?" And he's like "that's where we do blood draws" and I said "i am not getting my blood drawn in the same room as people getting a corona test" So he takes me to some family exam room, says it's been cleaned before when i asked. Now he completely could've just done it in my original exam room. There was NO REASON to move me. None. Both exam rooms had counter space. He was nice enough to spray the room after we were done with the blood draw to try to encourage me to drink the glucose water. He came in with some water in the same looking cups they did urine samples in, with a little napkin over it for my paranoia. I did not drink that. I told him I didn't want to take my mask off anyways and yea no. I just put it on the counter and ran the hell out. I had to run past 3 crowds of corona people. It was ridiculous. I'm about to call and make sure my stuff gets phoned in today. I am sure if i wasn't assertive / crying i would've taken hours to be seen and certainly exposed to coronavirus. This entire visit was unacceptable and cause me a huge mess of anxiety. You NEED to tell people there are coronavirus testing people IN the facility. I'm unsure how this is even legal. read more

I did not have an office visit, nor was I examined or evaluated by a practitioner there. I filled out a half-page form, went to a tent in the back of the building where a technician administered the rapid test, and waited in my car for someone to bring out my form that indicated a negative test result. This is my new favorite urgent care! I have only been here two times, but both visits have been as lovely as a trip to the doctors can be. Especially since most urgent cares only seem interested in getting people out of there as fast as possible. My first visit was last week. I went in for a coughing/chest problem that I believed to be caused by some renovations I've been doing in my basement. Dr. Jesse was a great listener and understood exactly what my problem was, and he was very clear with his concerns and diagnosis. In the end, I was out of there within 45 minutes, while still feeling cared for and listened to and that doesn't happen often. Today I went back because our chosen (agreed-upon) method of treatment didn't take effect as quickly as anticipated, and Dr. Sarah was so good at understanding my problem and situation. I first called the office to see what they would recommend for me, and I was transferred to the doctor directly. She assessed the problem professionally and courteously, both on the phone and in person. Once I was in the office, they went the extra mile to give me a breathing treatment and chest X-Rays, as well as some medications that should do the trick now. Dr. Sarah was very pleasant and showed genuine signs of respect. She even gave me some of those doctor masks to take home, for my basement work! Found out my usual urgent care no longer took my insurance. I needed a rapid COVID test done and found this clinic on google. I was probably only in there 15-20 minutes from when I walked in. I was seen promptly after finishing my paperwork by their PA-C who was very friendly. They explained everything I needed to know and then I was swabbed by Stephanie. She was quick and I had very minimal discomfort. I was then able to walk straight out their back door. Very quick, friendly, and reliable service. Test results take 1-2 hours I believe and they just call if you're positive. read more

There are no doctors here. Only a nurse practitioner. If you have anything seriously wrong with you do not go here. They will send you to the ER. The medical assistants Are OK but the front receptionist is rude. They have a couple of them and they are all rude. If you have anywhere else on earth that you could go for care consider going there instead. You've been warned. read more

This was a pretty smooth visit. Was on the verge of giving them 5 stars but downgraded to 4 because the doctor forgot to call in one of my prescriptions and I had to go back to the pharmacy to get it. Arrived at 2 on a Sunday for a minor problem that I didn't want to wait for my doctor on Monday. I was checked in, signed all the paperwork, gave them my info, called in & diagnosed and out the door by 2:30. Everyone was really polite, the Dr. was helpful, a positive experience. I headed over to CVS to pick up the prescriptions that were called in. After paying for it and getting out to my car, I realized there was only one not the two as promised. Called the clinic back, told them what happened, they said there was a glitch, I'm guessing that means she forgot to call it in, anyway the Dr. called it right back in. Within a 1/2 hour I was able to pick it up at CVS and continue my day. I don't know if they're always this prompt, obviously depends on how many people are there, but I was pleased. read more

I was in shock with how poorly the staff handled a situation. I made my appt got my confirmation email and went there at my scheduled appt time for them to tell me they were no longer taking patients and couldn't help me until the morning. I expressed that I was upset I had to drive 40 min one way to my scheduled appt that was also confirmed to my email by them for them to tell me that. The lady proceeded to tell me that they are working on canceling all online appts and only going to take walk ins. Which is fine but they haven't stopped taking online appts hence why I was able to make one and get confirmation of my scheduled appt. they did nothing to help me and told me to come back in the morning to make an appt in person. 0/10 service and the attitude the lady had with me during the conversations was obnoxious and rude. DO NOT COME HERE! Go to the one down the street! NO DOCTOR HERE! Only a PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT and she doesn't know what she's doing. She thinks a blood pressure of 94/60 is low enough to warrant an emergency room admission just so she can avoid treating a patient who is mentally ill. She came in the room and didn't introduce herself, had no badge on her, and there was a medical assistant in the room taking vitals so it was complete chaos, why? Why wouldn't she wait until the MA left to come in and professionally introduce herself and ask kindly why my brother and I were there. She instead looked at him and said why are you here? Looked at me and said, and you are? Got the blood pressure ( which was although low, still normal), said to me take him to hospital. Pure discrimination and fear of treating mentally ill. She kept walking in and out of room, despite us not being last ones to arrive, she harassed my family and my brother who was becoming anxious, and we ended up being last ones to leave. She didn't know how to give him a physical exam. He was there for a phlegmy cough and we wanted antibiotics. She stole my phone from me as I placed it on the bed on speakerphone as she insisted on speaking with my brother's legal guardian (my other brother) since she didn't trust I was going to relay the results of the X-rays/testing to my family. She thought I was there to get the antibiotic for my brother and was going to keep the results a secret from the family. So as soon as I placed the phone down she grabbed my phone and took it OFF speakerphone and told my other brother WE ARE GIVING HER A HARD TIME !!!!!! Like an immature child who tattletales!! I didn't want her disgusting hair and hands on my phone and I was livid! ESP in this Covid era. She spoke to my brother so calmly and nicely and then when she got off the phone she gave the phone back. She goes " u just hung up on him! He was gonna talk to u!" And started laughing. First of all idiot , tell me " your brother needs to speak with you ", secondly, I have to sanitize my phone from you stealing it . So she completely dismissed the fact that I was present, that I brought my brother there, and that I said I understood the results and we would speak as a family and go from there. She was condescending and disrespectful. She should have asked permission to touch my phone. I had to bleach it when I got home. And as a health care provider myself, I would have taken the family in another room and been nice and respectful not cocky. OBVIOUSLY, she will be at an urgent care for a long time since she can't handle anything more complex. Just because this chic says jumps she needs to learn there's more factors involved, and that we can't immediately say " how far"? My brother was not going to the hospital that night and nothing could convince him to go. She stupidly thought that i just didn't want to take him. She doesn't know anything about our family dynamics and if you're going to be in health care you have to be compassionate, and she wasn't. So I hope some day in her own family she has to go through the same thing we do to make her understand and have compassion for patients and not treat them so poorly again. read more

Went there on 4/12/2021 for a COVID Test, they ran two tests, a Rapid Test and another test. Said I would get my test results back within one to two business days, it is now 4/19/2021 and I still have not received the e-mail test results. WHY???????????????? Good thing I didn't need this to go back to work. never again will I go there or recommend anyone go there. The place was actually dirty and they made you leave out a back door into an alley when you were done. I have called for the last time, I will go up there on my way home from work tomorrow, they will either give me my test results or NOT bill my insurance for that test. read more

Staff are extremely kind and helpful. I've gone here for expedited PCR for travel and for rapid tests. They used to have an old system that was a lot quicker and where patients waited in a line outside, now people are brought into rooms to be tested and it takes substantially longer but the testing is done very well and the staff goes out of their way for you which I certainly appreciate. read more

Husband fell ill, went for COVID testing. Tested positive, the only treatment they offered was a Z-pack. It is ineffective and can cause other complications for higher risk individuals. My husband requested an order for the monoclonal antibody infusion (which is recommended to speed healing and avoid hospitalization) and they informed him that they would charge him to write the order. He drove over to get it and was then informed they don't do those papers. I contacted local hospital who faxed the order over for them to complete and they are still dragging their feet. There is a small window of benefit for this treatment. I have tried to call, calls won't go through. I am considering filing a complaint with the state medical board. My advice is to avoid this facility. read more

I visited this Urgent Care facility to get tested for COVID. I was tested instantly, on-site using the rapid test and PCR (send out lab swab). I received a call back with my PCR results in 3 days. I couldn't believe how fast my results came in. The service at this urgent care is quick, reliable, and trustworthy. The staff is super nice, friendly, and professional. They are doing an amazing job in the middle of a pandemic. I highly recommend them! read more

This urgent care deserves less than 1 star. If you must go here, only pay AFTER services are rendered, especially if you are truly sick! Do NOT expect a quick visit here. Even with only one other patient in the whole office, it was nearly 2 hours with only 1 five minute conversation with the actual physician who made no attempt to be readonably prompt much less "urgent". I was left in the exam room for an inordinately long time with no one checking on me and I, myself, had to venture out of the exam room to ask for ice for a possible broken toe while the office had a lunch break. It took nearly an hour (I'm still the only patient) for them to just take me to X ray and the "technician" just put my foot in any random position to take the actual X ray. These cost me an additional $60 and were useless. Having had many surgeries, I am quite aware of how xrays and exams like this go, and it did not appear the tech was at all trained in X ray. She could not even convey to me the correct position in which to put my foot. 30 min post X ray, I had still not been visited in the exam room, despite the lack of patients and was still in pain forced to sit in an uncomfortable position icing while they left me, uninformed of anything, sitting in the room for yet another 30 minutes. The physician had no idea how to tape my toes and underestimated her job of it as adequate though it offered no support or pain relief and I had to re-tape it properly at home after I returned home, so their "services" were not properly rendered. I know I will never be refunded any of my money for improperly rendered "care", either. Don't waste your time or money here. read more

The nurses and all the staff there have a very bright energy and made me feel extremely comfortable during my entire duration here. I was able to e-mail them my insurance card since I didn't have it on hand (it's in my fathers name) and they were very easy to deal with! No messy, 5-page long paperwork to do when you first sign in. Will be back again- I've never felt so helped at an urgent care before! read more
