We tried the Tacos Fritos con Carne Asada which came with tender steak, chopped scallions and herbs and hot sauce (on the side) wrapped in a substantial corn tortilla. Very nice. Camarones A La Plancha...amazing. Well seasoned, perfectly grilled shrimp over fluffy rice with a side of beans and tangy salad. Everything was fresh and it was a pleasure. I will order from here again. Not through seamless though. I requested contact-free delivery. The delivery person called to tell me it was left at the door...Of the wrong house. She corrected the mistake and delivered with no mask or gloves. The meal made me feel better.

The meal includes 8 pieces of leg and thigh, 4 rolls, and 2 sides--we chose yucca fries and mac & cheese. I had takeout from a previous Yelp event, so I didn't expect dine-in service, but they gave us a table number and brought the food out to us. They also provided melamine plates, which was a nice surprise and made the meal feel more dine-in than fast-casual. When I the staff member about takeout containers, she misunderstood and immediately brought them over with a bag--honestly, super helpful. Service was outstanding. The food was hot, fresh, and delicious. The chicken was crispy and full of flavor. My son loved the yucca fries and rolls. I especially enjoyed the mac & cheese and chicken. We also tried the jamaica and horchata drinks (not included in the meal), and both were excellent. I wish I had a Pollo Campero near me--but maybe it's for the best, or I'd be here all the time!

On this outing to try the new location we opted for the 2 piece Drum Thigh with one side (slaw) drink and dinner roll, and added two Breasts and the Yuca Fries. All were made hot and fresh and served to our table by a friendly counter server, family style in large festive plate (w/side plates, disposable utensils). The flavorful chicken was great, yuca fries yummy and the slaw was definitely worth trying since their recipe tastes different than others. Pricing was more than fair for what we ordered, and I would consider definitely going back to try more of their menu items, as well as recommending others to give them a try. Here is the main issue. It says on the website, sing along brunch 12-6. What it doesn't say is that the DJ doesn't start until 1:00. I would not have made the reservation for 12:15 if we knew the DJ starts at 1:00. Online it states a 2 hour max for seating which is understandable. That 2 hours should start once the drinks and food get to the table. You cannot take your time eating and drinking at this restaurant, The minute 2 people in our party finished eating the staff immediately appeared with to go boxes. The others didn't even finish their food at that point. Before we could even order more drinks, the waitress put the bill on the table. I asked the waitress about the 2 hour max seating that the website states and she said, No! it's 90 minutes. They add gratuity which is fine, I added extra once we were ready to pay. The way they rushed us made no sense. The table next to us had a big party and they were not being rushed at all. They were able to order 2nd and 3rd drinks with no problem. I could understand if the restaurant was packed and people were lined up at the door waiting to sit down, this was not the case. I go out to have a good time and feel welcomed for a sing along brunch, not stressed and being made to feel like we to have to choke our food down. $239.00 later and our first-time experience of this place wasn't great.
