Eddie came to my home and diagnosed my laptop free of charge. Unfortunately, the laptop was in such a state that it could not even be accessed (no way to log in), so he advised me of my options of either getting a disk and reinstalling Windows 7 or extracting the data from the hard drive. He explained each option thoroughly, and never pressured me at all, even though the former option (which I chose) meant he drove to my home and diagnosed my machine for free. I own a men's accessory line and we have a studio with 15 computers. I Had the opportunity to work with the company owner who was able to give the right solution from the beginning. Once we decided to go with the service, Comp LA was able to come in the studio and set up our server the way we wanted to. We had one imac that was competently wiped and Comp LA restored the operating system and also upgraded the hard drive. Now the computer is faster then some of my new ones I have in the office. I believe that there might be few companies out there that can provide similar solutions, but Comp LA is so personable, extremely professional and always takes the time to explain things.
