Honestly... with my liquid damage on my 2024 Mac laptop with "juice" ... at that and a non removable memory board...this was a better experience than I could imagine. My worst nightmare was losing my data... and everything chat gpt told me on what to do I did wrong.... Do not try and turn it back on and don't use a blow dryer. Just turn it upside down...fyi Not only did he repair my computer but I got my data... and since my computer screen was unrepairable he let me borrow a monitor until I can afford buying a new screen... Crazy thing is I was refered by a friend from NY who happened to be in town when he needed assistance for his computer. As big as I am about reviews I often feel tech guys are still gonna be less personable and all about the money. Well I was glad to have met "Eman" who made me feel reassured and comfortable with leaving my computer with him and not coming back with more costs then expected. He is honest and very respectful. makes sure he tries his best just to make customers happy. He had 3 differnt techs work on it. Bought a part that cost almost as must as he quoted me and still didn't add more on top. I gave him a tip just for being kind and I hope others too too and get to leave with the same rejoice I did. I cried when he gave me the news on my computer, not just cause he resolved my problem but because there aren't as many kind people like that in that industry let alone in the world. My laptop's screen was not displaying any red colors and it kept leaving a burn-in effect when I would change around windows. It was very annoying and hard to look at. The issue was slow or no loading of videos and game connectivity issues. I arrived this past Monday. And spoke with Eman. He and his co-worker were patient, professional, courteous, and attentive to my issues regarding my computer. Eman's questions were through and understanding. He gave me some options. Afterwards, I chose to the option to reformat and replace my old nvme drive with a new one, including installing a windows 10. After picking up my computer from the following day, Tuesday. I came here based on the positive Yelp reviews and wasn't disappointed. My beefy gaming PC which is only about a year old had been giving me start up problems ever since I got it and finally threw a massive tantrum a few weeks ago and started freezing up whenever I tried gaming on it. I brought my PC in to Eman on Tuesday morning and got it back fully operational Thursday morning. He figured out the issue was with a chip in my motherboard and was able to reprogram the chip, saving me from having to buy any new parts. His prices were very fair, he was transparent with his quotes and there were no surprise charges. He was also very thorough and swept my PC for other possible issues and even had me come in to do a final playtest before I paid and brought it back home. I went back to Eman with a huge project - finally transferring years of my company's hard drives and laptops to new, ultra-slim external drives. He told me what size drives to buy, took everything for a week, and completed SSD backups on it all. We walked through his directory list on pick-up day so I could find everything easily, then I went home and did an additional backup to HDD (per his initial step-by-step plan). Best PC repair shop in the valley. I called other shops if they were familiar with the new specs that I have been running on my gaming pc. Most of them said no but this shop knew what on was talking about and could not find a solution for the NO POST problem. The team has helped me saved at least over 700 dollars in parts that I have to replace. They took care of my rig added some programs like Microsoft word. Price is very reasonable since they also repair the motherboard which you do not hear very often from other shops.
