Mr Lee was there from the day after we filed our claim until all the repairs were done met with our adjuster to make sure the adjuster got all that was needed to be repaired. After the estimate came in Mr Lee made sure all of the repairs were on the estimate(new roof, Vinyl sidding, gutters, & repair our fence). If something was missing he made sure our insurance made it right. When repairs were started Mr. Lee was there to make sure repairs run smoothly from beginning till the last repairs were finished. My husband & I we so excited because it was like nothing happened. Even our fur baby we excited to have his yard back. The crew did a great job. Dedicated, friendly, & very hard working. They didn't rush but worked methodically as they should have. There was supervision when needed but they knew what they were doing. They also made sure to diligently clean up everything after the tear off including another run with the nail magnet the day after tear off to make sure everything was picked up.
