I am enjoy working with two men and a gutter. After I requested a quote from them. They come to my…read morehouse and give me a quote in the same day. They also fixed my fascia board for free. I will definitely recommend them to other family and friends who needs gutter works done.

We hired Two Men and a Gutter to install a wider gutter over our garage. Within a couple months,…read morethe gutter began pulling away from the house, bowing outward, leaking, and overflowing. The installation ultimately left us with a worse problem than the one we originally hired them to solve. What has been far more frustrating than the failed work, however, have been the hostile interactions and complete lack of follow through from Two Men and a Gutter. Over the past year, we have spent countless hours attempting to get this issue resolved. We have made repeated phone calls, left numerous messages, exchanged text messages, and communicated directly with company representatives. Multiple times, the company acknowledged the issue, agreed that the work was covered under warranty, confirmed our account and address, and promised to send someone out to make repairs. No one has ever shown up to even look at the damage, let alone repair it. Each time we followed up, we were given another explanation, another promise, or another timeline. Most recently, we were told someone would come out once the rain had passed. The rain passed. Nobody came. Follow-up messages have gone unanswered. That was in May 2026. To make matters worse, both my husband and I have experienced extremely hostile and aggressive communication from company representatives during our attempts to resolve this issue. What should have been a straightforward warranty repair led to them screaming at me on the phone about our review of their work costing them business. At this point, we have lost confidence that Two Men and a Gutter intends to honor its warranty or stand behind its work. We honestly don't feel safe having by them back at our house either. We will now have to hire and pay another company to correct their poor quality work. Mistakes happen. What matters is how a company responds when something goes wrong. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this company to anyone and would urge you to look elsewhere.

Wow!! Can I say it louder? WOW!!!…read more You know, most of us have had many difficult experiences when coming to hiring tradesmen's for a job at our homes. Most tradesmen don't show up on time, or heck at all sometimes. Some tradesmen come late with no phone calls of common courtesy. Others when they do show up, take 3 hour lunches and then take an extra day or two more to finish a job that should have been finished day one. And then the pricing, it always ends up way different than what was quoted. Over promised and hardly delivered! Mr Aaron Christy and his team at Indy Roofing, they under promised and over delivered. My family and I have a lot on our plate. Between moving and selling our home, job transfers, moving into our other home while updating that same said home, 3 kids in college, one in military while a 5 buying her first house, add in a private health scare, the roof, as important as it is, was the one thing I expected to have problems with. I didn't have to call my roofing contacts once to ask what was going on, when are they coming, why having you called me back or any of the standard things we do when hiring out work. Let me break it down for you. Communication 5 Scheduling with the weather not favoring us 5 Thank you Sabrina Diagnosing the damage honestly 5 Thank you AJ for being here when the adjuster came out!! Arriving on time with each appointment made 5 Getting the roof stripped off down to the decking, and getting the new roof on, same day, heck, in little less than 5 hours, 5 Handling my insurance adjuster 5. Indy Roofing's Professionalism 5 Pricing before and after 5 As I said, under promised, over delivered! This from a guy (me) who's had to hire 100's of contractors over the years when flipping houses or updating homes, betting I have had only a handful of 5 stars. Thank you Mr Christy and teammates of Indy Roofing for being a 10 human beings! I Promise you, you all have no clue how thankful I am, that I called you for this!! Bill McCammon, TitleGuy

In 2011 a tornado damaged our slate roof. The roof was over 100 years old. Realizing that slate…read moreroofs were not common, I let my insurance company pick the company to replace it. They picked DWC Restoration (now DWC Roofing). The sales person was friendly and worked well with the insurance company. The first problem was an employee took the scrap copper home (about $600 worth). I raised a fuss and they brought it back. Next, the copper they put on for the ridge caps looks like copper foil. I am glad I had them bring the copper back, because I had the material to prove the new material was not the same. The slate matched nice when they were done, but they never repaired a copper gutter. They said afterwards they did not know how and sorry for your luck. Years later, we had damage to our plaster ceiling. The flashing around the chimney had been leaking. One of the pictures below is an icicle that formed between the chimney and the rafters! That is when the nightmare began. DWC would not answer emails or phone calls. I had to go back through my home owners insurance to apply pressure to get the leak repaired. 4 months later, DWC sent someone to repair the chimney. I had to help the repair because DWC was too cheap to send more than one person. I had to repair the inside plaster damage myself. To add more problems, years later a piece of slate broke off the top row of slate. I went to replace that piece of slate and discovered the crew never put on the last row of slate!! I had to repair the slate myself because DWC had let me know that their slate roof only had a 2 year warranty and they would no longer support repair of the slate. Amazing that some companies warranty shingle roofs for 20 years and DWC won't warranty a slate roof more than 2. Anyway, when I went to repair that piece of slate, I saw there were gaps in the top row of slate. I did not bother going back through DWC, since the home office never would answer my calls. I went back to the insurance company. The new DWC salesman contacted me and sent two great employees that finished the job. Luckily, I had kept the left over slate and they used it. Unfortunately, now I have plaster peeling where water leaked through the gaps in the slate that I will have to repair - because DWC does not stand by their work.

DWC did a great job on our new roof, completing it in 4 hours! The job looks great and the clean up…read morewas amazing! Eric is a personable, professional project manager. His attention to detail was impressive. Thanks for a job well done!
