Blade personally met with adjuster and showed him where the leaks were Adjuster was reluctant, but Blade never gave up. Eventually, insurance company did accept claim. Blade was always cheerful and willing to answer any questions I had. The crew (about 8-10 guys) came out at 7:30 on a cold morning and went to work--removed the old roof, (0n my 4 bedroom house) installed a new improved roof and completed the job by 4:30.
