I called and spoke to Johnny to tell him I had a flat that would require a change or tow. He said no problem, call when I'm leaving the restaurant and they'd meet me. I was in LaGrange. About an hour later, I called and left messages, and eventually got Johnny. I waited over 75 minutes and was hung up on, by Johnny, when I expressed displeasure. The tow was $215. The tow driver did try and change my tire, but could not. I'm so mad at myself for not just joining AAA, they would have been right there and the expense would be controlled. I have towing insurance, but my time, frustration, tiredness today, my friends inconvenience of keeping the sitter almost 2 hours past the designated time...not good business.
