A few days before my car was to be picked up, They told me it would be picked up Monday. They didn't show up so I called to ask. They said they'd be there Tuesday. They didn't show up. When I tried to ask what was going on, they just said they were within their original window and were not apologetic. The same issues happened upon pick up. They missed a few windows and then, with my car less than an hour away for 1.5 days, said it was because the driver could not deliver ANY cars that day due to some regulations. Then the driver contacted me to say he wouldn't deliver to me because he had too many deliveries that day. Kim in the main office was AMAZING and probably the only helpful person I talked to the entire time I was going through this. Everyone else was condescending and not apologetic because they were within that original window.
