After I looked at his Yelp page, I agreed to have him do the repairs. Eric Laettner's Mobile Mechanic Service was excellent! I posted what I needed on Yelp at 2:20 pm. We agreed to have him do the work. He let me know he was finishing another job and would be here in the late afternoon. He showed up and had already picked up the parts he might need. He had my car up off the ground, removed all four tires, and checked them. Checked brake pads, rotors, and connections he could see. He completed the work at about 9 pm. -From posting the request for repairs to finishing was in a 7-hour time frame! -I didn't need to drive to a repair shop. -He explained the process and handled my questions. -My cost was 50% less than what I was quoted at the local repair shops. -This was my first time using a mobile service for mechanical work. My 2001 Denali had to have fuel tank removed to access the fuel pump inside it; no access panel under the seat like some vehicles.
