I am very disappointed with my experience. I returned the day after posting my initial review because I had a previously scheduled appointment. Upon arriving, the front desk informed me that Dr. Haskin had canceled my appointment and would no longer be seeing me as a patient due to the review I left. My review was simply based on the treatment I experienced from the front desk staff, and I do not understand how providing honest feedback about that interaction resulted in me being dismissed as a patient. It is unfortunate to see a business respond this way rather than addressing the concerns being raised. Came here today for a massage with Celeste for the first time. I didn't know what to expect since I came for a massage but it's a chiropractor location. I was pleasantly surprised by my experience which was super relaxing. Celeste has gifted hands and was able to break up the knots and tension I had in my shoulders and back. I was injured in an adjustment months ago here in the middle of March 2024, and still continue to have the same pain to this day. They offered me to come back and see my same chiropractor but nothing changed after that. I've had countless doctors visits, different medications and MRI's and still they can't figure out what is causing my pain. Today I took my 2 week old baby to get adjusted by Dr. Haskins and it was incredible! She has been very gassy and uncomfortable so I was seeking some relief for both of us. I was very nervous because she is so little and fragile and I was not sure what to expect. I laid on the table with the baby on my chest as Dr. Haskins felt her back and she squirmed and cried. He quickly could feel where she was very tight and gently rubbed the area and different joints that were causing her issues. Within second the baby released a ton of gas and fell asleep on top of me. It's actually been a few months since I have been here and I do not usually leave negative reviews, however I didn't get the service I looked for in this location. I got this adjustment deal as a gift from a friend through Groupon. And through it, they did an X-Ray and saw that one hip was higher than the other. Cool. It explained why I have been having tension in my lower back, but when it came to the adjustments they were less than a minute in total time and didn't really provide the relief I was hoping for. They were also really softly done, like I. Wouldn't expect much from a quick job that required 3 different positions and that's it. The second time I came I also told the chiropractor he could go harder, hinting at that I needed more. The people were really friendly though, especially at the front desk, down to earth. Service, Professionalism, Cleanliness, Value I have been given the runaround often before when buying a groupon: they have no appointments, appointments are only on specific dates for groupon users, etc. Not only this, but often times afterwards you feel pressured to enroll or buy something else. I am happy to report that none of the above happened when I made my appointment. I was given a wide range of appointment availability and treated respectfully by all staff. No pushy sales afterwards. The Wellness center is very clean and hygienic. Each massage room is private, and the massage tables are even heated! The massage: I wish I remembered who gave me the massage, but she was very nice and accommodating to my requests to have certain areas worked on. I really liked that she also applied heating pads on my back once she was done working that area. Also, at the very end of the treatment, she put warm/damp towels on each of my feet to warm and clean off all the lotions/oils so I could put my socks/shoes on. ATTN on finding the center: Both google and apple maps route to the wrong place (my apple maps took me to a trailer park...). The center is about half a block down from a major intersection and has brightly lit signage. The front desk also warned me this would possibly happen when I made my appt. read more

I was on a road trip and didn't get to see my regular chiropractor before I left so I was hurting after two days of driving. My friend referred me to Dr. Hess and he was able to see me on short notice before I left. Checking in was easy and he spent quite a bit of time with me. He had some good advice and demonstrated a few exercises for me to do while on my road trip back and at home. The adjustment was what I needed. I had plenty of tension in my shoulders and that was causing my headaches. I did not have a headache after the adjustment. His explanation of how the nerves work made sense. I started off here with a Groupon after getting into a car accident that left me with back and neck pain especially after my 8 hour a day desk job. The Groupon came with a massage and two adjustments. The massage was heavenly and so unlike the Asian places I typically go to! In fact, the massage was so relaxing, I eventually fell asleep. During my first adjustment I met with the affable Dr. B who started with a light adjustment, then proceeded to talk to me about my heath and recommend longer-term plan options. Second adjustment, my spine was also evaluated to reveal problem areas and serve as a baseline for further evals to see if treatments were working. All in all, I came to see Dr. B for 6 months. The staff was always super attentive and helpful and I can't see how anyone would have problems with them. My only complaint is it can feel a little impersonal at times, but that is mostly because the office is so busy. And trust me, on a Wednesday afternoon, it would be packed! A typical adjustment would take about half an hour max. Some time would be spent on the amazing roller massage table, and the other portion of time would be spent being adjusted. I also loved that they had discounted plans for those who were not covered by insurance. Thankfully their office was able to figure out how to get me covered for all 6 months of adjustments by working with my auto insurance company. Overall, I HIGHLY recommend coming to Complete Balance! The staff and Dr. B are great-- everyone is very kind and I can see that they really do care about your well-being. Health-wise, I went from having pain just sitting in a chair to feeling well enough to start distance running again! I wouldn't say I'm back to 100% healthy, but at my worst I'd say I'm at a good solid 90, which is a big upgrade from feeling like a 60 when I first started going.
