I started my care with Placentia Linda Chiropractic roughly six months ago, at that time I hadn't been able to turn my neck and my back was in a lot of pain from a recent car accident for roughly a year. Since I started seeing Dr Francis I was able to take a trip to Italy and walk at times for 8-10 hrs a day with no issue. From the 1st visit Dr Francis was thorough in his care with X-rays and a thorough exam which I have never encountered at a chiropractic office before. Dr. Francis is probably the friendliest person you'll ever meet! I started to come see Dr. Francis many years ago. Throughout the years I've been in a couple of fender-benders and injured myself from exercise or just overuse and I always get relief after an adjustment. I like that Dr. Francis does intake x-rays, listens to my concerns and explains what he's doing and how it helps. He is very accommodating and I've been able to get adjusted on the weekend or after work. I personally think seeing a chiropractor should be part of a person's wellness regiment but especially if someone has mobility issues or aches that reduce their quality of life. I went in for my daughter who is a dancer and performer and was suffering from some back pain. After a thorough exam Dr Francis suggested a plan that was affordable and convenient. Focused only on money. Tries to get you to sign a fake contract for thousands of dollars before actually treating you. My Pilates instructors took one look at me and helped me and diagnosed my issues better than what I got here. $500 just for two treatments that did nothing to ease the pain when I came in and couldn't even walk or stand up right. Plenty of other chiros out there who don't charge $150/session and will do the same for $35. But seriously who the hell tries to get you to sign a completely fake non-legally binding contract and talks to you like you're an idiot trying to convince you it's a real contract for services and you have to pay that much up front. I have been going here for over a year now and he has helped me start rehabilitating from many prior injuries.
