**BEWARE OF THE 5 STARS*** I too was persuaded by the "great reviews" & 5 stars until I experienced the most deceitful & fraud of a chiropractic office. I initially sought chiropractic care for an indoor cycling class injury. I was first seen by a very junior Dr. Nitkida who not only had terrible bedside manner but also acted like he had never seen a healed, almost 10 year old, lower back fusion on an x-ray. I came back to see Dr. Duke as Dr. Nitkida didn't know how to treat me. Dr. Duke reviewed the x-rays & proceeded to try to sell me a 3month care plan that would cost $4K. He advised the disk below my lower back fusion had slipped. Obviously, this news was shocking & scary. Surgery was not an option I could entertain so I definitely considered Dr. Dukes option but decided to seek a second opinion to be sure I was making the right decision. I went back to my orthopedic doctor with the x-rays taken at Twin Chiropractics to only find out the x-rays were taken at the WRONG ANGLE & THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG WITH MY DISK/BACK!!! In disbelief, I made my orthopedic take 8 additional x-rays to show me next to the x-rays from Twins, along with the x-rays my ortho had from 7yrs ago. Indeed, there was NOTHING WRONG. I'd also like to state my orthopedic is NOT anti-chiropractic, he actually does advise it for maintenance. Needless to say, I did not return to Twins & am now stuck paying the bill for seeing my orthopedic. So, pls be aware of this place & make sure to do your homework before you buy into their care plans. I have been taking my dad here for about a month and he's been a patient here for going on two months. When he first started coming here he was using a walker and couldn't get up fast, took his time walking, and had pain everywhere in his lower back and legs. After starting his treatment plan here, in just a month and a half he no longer uses the walker! He's using a cane and he can get up no issue and his pain has decreased. Even the doctor and staff have been amazed at his progress. I went myself for a few appointments to treat myself and it's been a great experience. Everyone is so friendly and kind.
