First, I was impressed that Freddy answered his phone directly. We were in a terrible situation regarding a washer that overflowed into the living room and dining room, so we need immediate help. Within 3 hours of the initial call, Freddy was there. He immediately went to work with his 1st rate equipment to pull the water out. Unfortunately, the padding was soaked but he helped us move the furniture and pull out the damaged padding. Even though it was late in the day, he went back to his shop and brought large industrial floor dryer fans to help dry the areas. Within 2-3 days, Freddy was back with new padding, stretched the carpet back and we were just as good as before. Highly recommend! Freddie is amazing; kind, honest, reliable and hardworking. I had some pretty bad stains on an area rug that receives quite a bit of traffic.
