I called and made an appointment with a very friendly staff member who was able to get me in the next day. Upon entering my first impression is that it does not feel like a dentist, the decorations and atmosphere are very homey and well done. It's a nice comforting tough to something I otherwise dread. I ended up needing a wisdom tooth pulled, as well as a crown. I can't say I enjoyed either of those experiences, but I will say the care I received at Zam dental was quick, and thorough. They made a very bad situation just a little better and afterwards I'm extremely happy with the work they did. I highly recommend this place if you are also in the area. It's clear to me they know exactly what they are doing, they are using state of the art equipment and the staff has been nothing but great to me every time I've been in. I have some more work that needs to be done in the future and I intend to ensure I continue to use Zam Dental.

They just called to reschedule again, stating I was double booked. I'm moving away from here and cannot reschedule. Having to complete a medical record request to get my records so I can go find another dentist. I did not receive an apology. The doctor did another exam and didn't suggest any of the work Dr. Andrus did which leads me to believe he was trying do drive up the cost with unnecessary dental work.
