    I had a large project that consisted of:…read more a. installation of category-6 cable networking of an existing 20-year-old home. b. installation of 5 large-screen (65" to 85") Samsung TV's (wall-mounted in bedrooms) c. installation of several new electrical outlets (for TV's and stereo equipment) d. installation of exterior home Bose Speakers, interior in-wall-Bose speakers, and wiring of existing Bose 901 Series VI Bose Speakers Most of the work was done by Spencer and Sherif--only the electric outlets were subcontracted out for a professional electrician (separate costs). Note: Amost all of the work has been finished except for "D" above--because the home is old and needs retrofitting, the stereo install will need to wait. A few networking outlets need to be finished up and some of the TV's need to be hung (3 remaining). I can't tell you how highly I recommend Spencer and Sharif. These guys are intelligent, professional, well-spoken, hard-working, and give you a written quote that they stuck to. Both are incredibly talented and have the know-how of installing networking, wiring, home-theaters, etc. Spencer wanted me to install a home-theater using non-Bose equipment. That's okay. I'm a big Bose guy and wanted Bose--but that isn't because Spencer is anti-Bose. He just wanted me to get the most current, modern system possible. My issue was I already owned all this Bose and (older) Pioneer SXV-90 and Sony equipment. They worked in the middle of the Texas summer--in my home and attic. Did a phenomenal job. Spencer did inform me they're moving to a "per-hour" rate. He quoted me a $150/hour rate for my upcoming installations. It works out about the same as his prior quote. I TRUST THESE GUYS. I ENJOYED THEIR WORK ETHIC, THEIR CONVERSATION, THEIR INTEGRITY, AND HONESTY. I have to end this review because I've got to e-mail Spencer and have him come back for the remainder of the work. 10 STARS out of 5.

    Media Room - we had issues with the original installation:…read more*Speakers not installed correctly *Projector and receiver not working *Other issues Demand Tech came over and assessed what steps were necessary to correct the issues. Provided me with estimated cost and time to repair all issues. End results - all issues fixed - my media room appearance and sound is far better than the original installation. The techs were professional and extremely knowledgeable. I will definitely use then for any future projects / issues.

    EVERYONE, BE AWARE! THIS BUSINESS IS A SCAM…read more Jose is a deceptive person, he is the worst both as a business and a person I have ever encountered in my life. Last month they came to my house to fix my dripping tub faucet (slowly dripping so I let it be for about 2 months), they could not fix it but even made it way worse, became way stronger, and faster leaking. Jose who I talked to at first is the boss/owner (according to Mario, one of the 2 guys he sent) came to my house and told me they had to install a new set. I had no choice but to accept that with a new charge. After they were done, I checked and discovered that when I turned on the valve handle water was coming out at both ends (tub faucet and shower head, not just leaking at the shower head but like a regular stream when you need to use it). The guys video-called with Jose, and after a while, they handed me the phone to talk to him. Jose started tricking and lying to me, he said it is how they are supposed to be working. I said no, when we use the tub faucet, water must not come out at the shower head, this is how my previous set works and how it works in any houses' bathtub. He then blamed the manufacturer, said, that is how they are made by the manufacturer. I laughed and said no again. Then he threatened me saying that if I don't accept it, they will have to put back my previous set and charge more for that. I could not let them do that because they made it way worse, so I would not leave water on with my old tub faucet. Even these 2 guys, when I asked them is this how your bathtub faucet works, they could not say anything, just be silent and nodded. They knew this was wrong. I had to stop them and tell them to leave, otherwise I would call the police. I am ok with people making mistakes because no one is perfect, but you have to take responsibility for your mistakes and fix it. This guy, Jose, did not admit their faulty installation and never offer a solution to fix it. He was only texting and calling me to ask for more money. I don't want to be a bad person so I zelled him the cost of the parts. A few days later, I had to waste more time and money to fix their defective installation by another contractor. Since there is no option to attach pictures and/or videos to this review, I will add them to the Photos & Videos menu.
