We recently moved here from out of state and we have several projects we were looking for help with on our sprinter. The simplest one was the installation of our ladder. The ladder was new in the box from the manufacturer, OWL. The company told us it's a 30 minute job to install the ladder, which is confirmed by YouTube videos on the installation process. We were given an appointment time to drop off the van "when the tech will be here" so that we could discuss the job with the technician. When we arrived, the technician was not there so there was no one to discuss the work with, the receptionist took the keys and we were not given any paperwork of any sort or any estimate. We received a call the following day saying the van was ready to be picked up. Imagine our surprise at being billed $450 for THREE HOURS of labor at $150 an hour. We paid $480 with tax. But the real kicker was that the door wouldn't shut because the ladder/ hinges were incorrectly installed. We had to return again a few hours later to pick it up after they figured out how to install it correctly. Another one hour round trip. I certainly don't mind paying for work, but we suspect we paid these people to figure out how to do a job that they should be completely capable of doing in 30 minutes. Maybe they should have watched a YouTube video first so they could have done it correctly. Needless to say we will be looking for a competent RV repair company to do the remainder of our work. To top it all off, they charged our card nearly $20 more than the total on the invoice, which is fraud. We are disputing this with the credit card company. We recommend staying away from this place. read more

We were a family traveling thru Santa Fe with a failed battery and water heater. Our little boys did not want to take cold showers in the high mountains with these problems. We stopped by Complete RV Service and were immediately help by David the owner. He was exceptionally courteous, helpful and knowledgeable and knew exactly how to approach each problem. He stopped work on another unit to get us back on the road but most importantly, he was welcoming, kind and made us feel very lucky that we had found him. We almost gave up due to the fact that we had to drive about 1/4 mile on a dirt smooth road but we were very happy to know he rolled out the red carpet in customer service. Called in to make an appointment for a routine check-up. Was given a date three weeks out. Called to confirm a day or two before and the appointment was confirmed. After arrival, asked to speak to a technician to show him an area I wanted looked at. Found out in passing by him that it would be at least 2 to 4 WEEKS before my RV could even be looked at and that "no one knows when it will be ready". This was not conveyed on the phone prior or in person when checking in. Needless to say, we left immediately. Our entire morning was wasted. Called Road Runner RV & Marine in Albuquerque at 505-292-7800 that same afternoon. It was the Complete opposite experience. They took the vehicle in the next day and had it ready for pickup two days later. They did a great job and were incredibly nice. I recommend going there instead of "Complete RV Care". read more

All I can say is unbelievable. Made an appointment, drove my van from Taos to Santa Fe 1.5 hours, talked to the man in the shop, gave him a list of what needed to get done, he said they would get back to me w/in 5 days with estimate. This was one month ago. I have called, 'he has not gotten to it yet.' NOBODY HAS CALLED ME BACK. Asked for the owner to call back -- nothing. I am going down to Santa Fe and pick up my van -- ABSOLUTELY NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE ON MY VAN. All the positive reviews I have read must have been about another owner or shop, because the reviews did not even come close to what I am experiencing. read more

We have been totally impressed with David and his staff and their quality workmanship. This shop was recommended by my coworkers as well an RV group to which we belong. David goes above and beyond, for example when we had new batteries installed, David repainted the battery tray; who does that? He also replaced two very worn out faucets with two beautiful bronze ones that match the decor perfectly. He also did a great job tuning up the generator. True quality work performed at this business and we are so lucky to have found them. read more

Called to find a shop that would repair a water leak under our sink on our Lance Travel Trailer. We had been to the dealer and they didn't find the leak. Eddie found the leak on our travel trailer and had it repaired in less than a half hour. Their shop is a little out of the way but service is good and prices are fair. They take appointments only, so call ahead. read more

I needed to have solar power added to my rpod 180 as I park the RPOD in a lot without power and the battery was running down. David asked that I pick up the equipment online to save money and he then installed it and more appropriate batteries. He and his staff also fabricated a locking system for the battery box to make sure the batteries didn't walk. He did an excellent job; the system got the rpod through the past winter with the batteries always topped off and the batteries secure. I can't praise him enough. read more
