You can order an OEM windshield, but you have to order by phone. Now as far as installation. My installation technician was Chris. He gets 5-stars for knowledge, skill and friendliness. If you need your windshield replaced, call the local office (505 number) instead of going online. And ask if Chris can do your installation. Tell Chris the recording studio house guy recommended him.

I had to point out these problems myself before they were even acknowledged. I was initially told by the manager that replacement parts would be ordered in a few days and the repair would be corrected quickly. Nearly a month later, multiple appointments have been cancelled, I still have no clear timeline, and management has been unable to provide tracking information or a meaningful update on when the replacement parts would arrive, despite the parts being readily available for order. They have cancelled and rescheduled multiple appointments at the last minute and rescheduled to a time of their choosing without even asking me what works. At this point, the repair remains unresolved and I no longer have confidence in this location's workmanship or follow-through.

Shout out to Vivian and Waldo for their friendly professionalism when I called just minutes before closing on a Tuesday with a need for coolant. We were 11 miles out from Santa Fe from New Orleans when the "add coolant light" came on. We were able to make the purchase over the phone and it was waiting for us when we got to the dealership. They communicated with us clearly. They worked as a team to help us. Because of their humanity, we solved the problem quickly and safely. They helped our trip stay on track and we will always remember them with appreciation!

Earlier today, I went to this dealership Garcia Volkswagen of Santa Fe and the experience was…read moreunpleasant. This dealership is shady and most of the staff that I interacted with today was manipulative and gas-lighting. I have been looking for a new vehicle for over a year now and have done numerous research on Volkswagen Taos. I found a gorgeous pure white 2022 Volkswagen Taos on this lot going for $20,500. I reached out to this dealership yesterday (Friday) to confirm that they still had this vehicle on the lot before I made the trip to Santa Fe. I specifically asked in the message if they could *email* me on the confirmation and what the out the door (OTD) price was. I received a *phone call* instead of an *email* from Art (sales Manager) and *only* a confirmation that the vehicle was available. I made it to the dealership this morning (Saturday), I test drove this vehicle and was wanting to purchase it. I already had a pre-approval from my Credit Union (CU) and this speficifc dealership was listed as their preferred dealer (which is why I even came out to Santa Fe). This vehicle was well within my amount of pre-approval. I was not over the amount, nor was I trying to waste the dealership's time or resources. Actually, I was hoping to avoid the drama and shady business by using a dealership partnered with my CU. Unfortunately, all I got was shady business practices, runaround, time wasting and gas-lighting experience. When I asked for the OTD price I was given the price for "another" vehicle on the lot, going for a total price of 23k. I looked over the breakdown price and questioned why the car was for $22k instead of $20,500 as advertised on their website. The salesman had asked me where I was getting this information from. As I was trying to show the salesman with my phone the vehicle price for $20,500. The vehicle was removed from their website. Luckily, I had taken a screenshot of this vehicle with the price and was able to verify my information. The salesman went back to tell Art the discrepancies, when the salesman came back with the 'actual' price of the vehicle I was inquiring about, he had followed up with a lame excuse stating 'Art hasn't had his coffee yet.'. When negotiations started, instead of Art coming down to help his staff- another staff member came to tell me that I was being unreasonable. He did not know the whole story of how we got from point A to Point B, he would not let me or the salesman explain that Art destroyed my trust. This staff member would not meet me in the middle of talking down the price. The staff member told me that I needed to make a better offer to them (as if they are the ones trying to buy a vehicle from me). I walked out. If I went through the pains to get pre-approved and went through 'trusted preferred dealership' from my CU. I shouldn't be given this runaround, lying and gas-lighting experience. I was trying to get a car that I could afford within my budget and not something over my pre-approved amount. It is also shady to remove a listing on a vehicle that someone is attempting to purchase and try to change the price of said vehicle. I am also one to follow up with proof please see attached photo's. 1.) The vehicle's price listed on the website, 2.) The unfounded page of said vehicle in question (Also the original link of the vehicle [https://www.volkswagenofsantafe.com/used/Volkswagen/2022-Volkswagen-Taos-for-sale-santa-fe-nm-98ed65dbac1816f184c8d2cb5716c46e.htm]). 3.) As of Saturday 01/18/2025 01:30pm this is the used vehicle on 'currently' on the lot which does not include this vehicle.

Title: Extremely Poor Ethics and Customer Service Review:…read moreI brought my car to this Chevrolet Cadillac of Santa fe for a simple diagnostic and health c check because my warranty was about to expire. The car had no issues and no warning lights when I dropped it off. During the visit, they replaced the driver-side door . When I picked up the car, I was in a rush to pick up my daughter , On my drive I , , noticed the Check Engine Light was on--which was NOT on before. The next day, I called to report this. I was told the technician ,, Victor Novbakhtian, was sick and my message would be passed to management. No one called me back. I called again the following day, and management , Joe Gonzales finally responded, saying the car now needs another diagnostic--at my expense--because my warranty had expired. I explained the light came on while the car was in their care, but they accused me of lying instead of taking responsibility. This is unacceptable. Their ethics and customer service are the worst I've experienced. They created a problem, refused accountability, and tried to charge me for something that happened under their watch. I strongly advise avoiding this shop if you value honesty and professionalism. I will pursue BBB complaint
