I can't recommend this place and their level of customer service enough. When you have a household appliance go down it's not a matter of talking to a bunch of phone menus and middlemen companies just to MAYBE have someone from a subcontracted local company call you back (nobody did) - you need answers, when will it be done, and how much. After two weeks, it was not delivered to us as was told by the workers so I called to get the name of the place they ordered to for an update. NEVER work with Michael repairs unless you have money to burn.

I appreciate the helpfulness of the tech, and quickness or the repair! *One note: The tech was great, but kind of threw his tools around/dropped them instead of placing them on our wood floor. The work lasted a day and when she called back they told her she needed another part that cost more money upfront. So she paid and the part never came in and they never returned. Their contact number even changed multiple times. IF she got a hold of a person, they'd say they are on their way out and would never show up. She has reported them to the Cincinnati Better Business Bureau.
