I've consistently had a great experience with the entire team. Dr. Airapetian is always knowledgeable, patient, and thorough when answering my questions. He takes the time to explain everything clearly and makes sure I feel informed and comfortable throughout the process. During my recent visit, Anna and Sara drew my blood. Ok let me start off by saying that I would give the health section of this place 5 stars for the great doctors they have BUT when it comes to the eye doctors section.... I give it negative stars if I could. Let me explain. So I made an appointment to see the eye doctor and had to wait over a month for my appointment day, my appointment was on the 28th, they call me on the 27th at around 5pm to tell me that doctor is not gonna be there for next 2 days and I need to reschedule.... I said ok so when do I come in, on the 30th? (We are in end of July at this point) and they said no , the next available is in September.... I was completely amazed on how their service does not care about the people even though that's the field they are in. How the heck r u gonna want me to wait another 2 months for a damn appointment. They did not fix the problem that was not my fault and instead they lost a patient. I switched my primary care doctor to a different office. Whoever who's still going here or is planning to go here... just remember that ur appointments don't mean anything at all to them. They will see u when they see u. I don't agree with some of the policies and procedures so I always sort of dread when I have to come in. I have the need for blood work and I am also deathly afraid of needles. My experience with CCHC Dental was extremely frustrating and disappointing. I arrived 15 minutes early to my appointment. I had already confirmed my appointment last week by speaking with someone from their office, and I also confirmed through text. Yet when I arrived, they told me that because I didn't confirm again the day before, I lost my appointment. So basically, if you don't confirm again, they cancel your appointment and give it to someone else. People have jobs and responsibilities. I work, and I don't always have my phone with me during work hours. It's unfair and unrealistic to expect patients to constantly reconfirm appointments multiple times. On top of that, it takes months to get an appointment at this place. After waiting so long, being treated like my time didn't matter was very disrespectful. Instead of offering a real solution, they told me to wait until someone else canceled, as if I had nothing else to do. I told them to cancel my appointment completely because I will not be coming back. I'd rather find a dentist who respects patients and their time. This policy and the way they handled the situation are unacceptable. read more

I had a terrible experience here. I saw Dr. Kim who was supposed to make a flipper for my implant, but on the day of the fitting, it didn't fit. So Dr. Kim did another impression and ended up pulling all my stitches on my gum off. I ended up bleeding for 2 days. And they charged me about 1.2k for this procedure which is way more than other dentists (I later found out). I reached out for refund and nobody cared to help! read more

I've been trying for years to get a referral to have my tonsils removed, and the process has been nothing short of a nightmare. Despite repeated visits and sore throats, I've been told I need to come in every single time I have symptoms just to get swabbed, as part of some ongoing "requirement" before they'll even consider referring me for a tonsillectomy. It's incredibly frustrating, especially because I don't live nearby. Today, I rushed over for their first available appointment at 11:30 AM. I arrived just 10 minutes late at 11:40, only to find out that Luis Castro had already left for lunch! No communication, no courtesy call, nothing. If lunch was scheduled around that time, why was I given an appointment slot at all? This entire experience has shown a complete lack of respect--for my time, my health, and basic professionalism. If you're dealing with chronic health issues and expect a provider to take your situation seriously, I highly recommend looking elsewhere. I know I will be. read more

Foust is one of the very best in Los Angeles. He is incredibly attentive, patient, and kind. He never rushes through an appointment. He never stands behind a computer asking questions while typing. He is fully present, fully engaged, and fully focused on the child and the parent. He listens, asks meaningful questions, and explains everything with kindness, clarity, and true professionalism. My children adore him because he speaks to them, not just to me. He looks them in the eyes, includes them in the conversation, and makes them feel important and understood. This is rare. He has never ignored a single concern. He spends as much time as needed -- sometimes an entire hour. He is thoughtful, careful, and extremely knowledgeable. The receptionists there are not friendly nor efficient. They keep on telling me they send me forms on my email everytime I have an appointment & to fill out before I come in. I don't get the forms everytime cause I think they put in the wrong email. I have told them multiple times my correct email address. This will be the forth time I had to tell them my correct email. I'm hoping they correct it. Also someone from hospital called me saying they're sending me a referral for mammogram appointment in the mail, been waiting for 3 weeks. I still haven't gotten the letter & not sure who to call as the lady never gave me her number. This place is a mess. A lot can be improve, they need better, more efficient receptionists . Luis Castro, by far the worst practitioner I've ever seen. I came in with a recurrent perianal abscess (twice in 2 months) and specifically asked to be referred to a specialist. His response at first was: "The colorectal doctor is going to laugh at me." That made it clear his image was more important than the patient's health. And at the first referal request he insisted antibiotics will prevent any abscess from forming. (Which did not) I had to head to the ER for drainage. The ER doctors suggested I see a specialist through my clinics referral for any underlying causes. (Which he refused again) Despite the fact that recurrent abscesses often indicate a fistula or underlying causes (which requires specialist care), he dismissed my concerns and handed me antibiotics, which do nothing to address the root cause. The idea that a patient has to wait until their condition is at its worst before being "worthy" of specialist care is horrifying. If you stay in his hands, you'll basically be left to suffer until your condition becomes unbearable. If you value a doctor who listens and puts patients first, avoid this rent a doc at all costs. We were told we have an appointment but nobody gave us the address so we went to CCHC in Eagle Rock where we normally go. They told us we are in the wrong place but Eagle Rock staff was gracious enough to call them that we are on our way. We were given 15 minutes but because we are humans bounded by time and traffic, we did not make it by 1 minute. While we are at the elevator towards the room, CCHC Glendale's staff called us only to inform us that we lost the appointment. Congratulations! You just lost a customer. read more

I had an appointment today and the doctor James Koster and his office location is not where the usual office is so it made it highly confusing to figure out where the office was located in the building, then when I finally found it they were acting as if my child could not be seen just so rude and inconsiderate of the miscommunication on their behalf and I was waiting there with my kids for about a hour . So weird . And inconvenient I woke up on a Saturday and I just had a surgery just to be told that my oldest son (the one that needed a physical ) wouldn't be able to get it due tot he fact the doctors location is a little confusing and different than the usual one with Faust Cook and Kim . Not that we were late we were INSIDE THE BUILDING . So weird then they proceeded to take all of these other patients before me as if my kids weren't important . Just so rude . Trying so hard not to cry but this behavior is normal in Glendale at these types of offices other than Faust or Cook . Horrible Dr office and first time experience . I will NEVER COME BACK HERE . SO UNPROFESSIONAL MS SARAH is so mean and DIDNT DO ANYTHING TO TRY TO MAKE A WAY FOR MY KIDS TO GET CARE . Yet, I work in the medical field and go above and beyond for everybody , and this is what I experience when I'm out . And it's ok maybe this wasn't the office for my kids . The worst experience I ever had! Weeks ago I went for my appointment even 10 minutes early. Was seated in front of the register ladies and waiting for my name call and it passed even 20-30 minutes from my appointment and no one even called my name. I was thinking maybe somebody's appointment took longer so they are running late so I waited patiently. When it passed 20-30 minutes from my appointment and there was no call nothing I asked the registrar ladies if they told my doctor I'm there. They told me that doctor can't take me I have to wait for cancellation to walk in. They told me since I didn't come first to the register the doctor didn't know I'm there and left for the lunch. Nobody even called to check if I'm there... I was right in front of them and there was only maybe 3 people waiting. I was so pissed off but I patiently rescheduled my next appointment and the next one was today. I was 4 minutes late and they told me the same thing! "The doctor can't take you you have to wait for cancellation to walk in, and we don't have any grace period". This was my last day in my life that I entered this place. Will never again and this is not customer service. They don't know how to work with patients and don't have any respect. I never left negative review to any business but this was needed.
