She did a battery diagnostic and I ended up buying a battery. As I was completing my purchase, she multitasked and answered the phone as appropriate. I've never waited more than 12 hours for a response. Most of the time, he gets back to me within five to ten min after I send him a text or email. He has absolutely earned my business. Brandon has even gotten back to me on the weekend. He also supports his clients with top notch service. If you read around a bit, you'll come across some of his clients who speak very highly of him; people who have had some issues, like a bag popping or wearing prematurely. He has dropped everything to overnight them the replacement parts. They then send the dysfunctional part to him, and he deals with the Airlift warranty himself, leaving the client free to install the new part and be on their way.
